(Y/N)'s P.O.V

I was waiting for Carlos De Vil to show up in the library. Fairy Godmother made me tutor him. He wasn't doing so good at some of the classes we had together. I just hope I can focus long enough to teach him something. Fairy Godmother told me that he would be off the Fencing and Tourney teams if he doesn't pass all of his classes. I sighed as he walked in with Jane, his girlfriend. I hated that he had a girlfriend but there was nothing I could do about it.

And I couldn't tell Carlos how awful she has been to me ever since she noticed that I would stare at Carlos in most of our classes together. She makes fun of me when we were alone, she would tease me, call me nasty names, and she would be affection more whenever she saw me near her and Carlos. It hurt seeing him with such an awful girl. She doesn't ever care about him. I caught her kissing another guy a few days ago. I wanted to tell Carlos but Jane said that she would turn to around and say that he was all over her and that I didn't do anything to stop him. Carlos and Jane walked over to my table.

"Carlos, have fun studying, I have some stuff Fairy Godmother wants me to do," Jane said.

"Okay, I'll still see you at dinner tonight, right?" Carlos asked.

"Fairy Godmother has been having me do a lot of things for the Spring Dance in a couple of weeks," Jane answered," I'm sorry, maybe we can hang out after that."

"Oh, okay," Carlos said before kissing her.

She saw me looking it of the corner of her eye and the kiss got more heated until Carlos pulled away and blushed. He sat next to me. Jane winked at him.

"I love you, Carlos," Jane said, looking at me.

I sunk low in my seat. I hated this torture she has been towards me.

"I love you, too," Carlos replied.

I hold back the tears in my eyes as Jane smirked at me before leaving. Carlos turned to me.

"Hey, are you okay?" Carlos asked.

"Yeah, why do you ask?" I asked.

"Because you look like you're about it cry," Carlos answered.

"I just haven't had the best day, today," I lied," Now let's get to studying."

Carlos groaned and I laughed.

"Hey, we're not going to stop studying until you can figure out these subjects by yourself and get a good grade on the midterms on Monday," I said.

"Alright, let's get this over with," Carlos replied.

We studied the whole weekend and I hoped all of our hard work and studying pays off. I was in the library and saw Jane and Chad's younger brother kissing behind the bookshelf. It was gross hearing them moaning and the guy whispering sexual things in her ear and her giggling at him. I saw Carlos running over to me. He handed me a piece of paper.

"(Y/N), I did it, I passed," Carlos said, out of breathe.

He did pass all of his classes term papers. I smiled at them but frowned when I realized that we won't be hanging out anymore. I hold back a sob and smiled a fake smile.

"That's great, let's go celebrate somewhere else," I said.

I didn't want to see him hurt if he finds her behind the bookshelf we were standing in front of.

"But Jay said he saw Jane come in, I have to find her and tell her the good news," Carlos explained," I also have something else to tell her."

I was going to tell that she wasn't here until we heard the guy with Jane moan her name really loudly. We looked and saw Jane and Chad's brother with their hands all over each other while they were kissing. He was pushing her into the bookshelf as he deepen the kiss.

"JANE, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" Carlos asked.

Jane pushed Chad's brother away and runs to Carlos.

"Carlos, I think goodness, he was all over me," Jane lied, hugging Carlos.

"Really?" Carlos asked, holding her at arm's length.

I really hope he doesn't fall for her lies.

"Yes and (Y/N) didn't help me when she walked by a few minutes ago," Jane lied.

I punch her a few times before Carlos holds me back.

"Jane, if that's true, then why did I see with him kissing in an empty classroom last week," Carlos said," Besides, I wanted to tell you that I was dumping you for (Y/N)."

"What?" Jane and I both yelled.

"(Y/N), you made me feel important this past weekend, you has made me laugh and smile," Carlos confessed," I realized you was the one for me."

"I've had a crush on you for months and Jane has been tormenting me for it," I said.

I turned to Jane glared at her.

"And I'm done letting anyone else think they can walk all over me," I explained.

Then I hugged Carlos and it felt nice to finally get the guy and my happy ever after. I laughed as I saw Jane stormed away with Chad's brother. Carlos and I do everything together. Studying, watching his practices and games, playing with Dude, watching movies, and falling asleep most nights in each other arms. I glad to finally be with Carlos. He is the best thing to ever happen to me and I wasn't going to let anyone get in the way of our relationship.
