A/N: Self Explanatory

She took a deep breath.

Where WAS it?

Where had he hidden it?

She looked in all her drawers and under her sheets. She even looked inside her dirty laundry bin.

But she couldn't find it.

Lastly, she lifted up the mattress on her bed.

Her sleeves went down and you could see them on her wrist.

"Aha!" She said, wrenching the scissors free from the electrical tape.

She let her mattress down and sat on her bed.

Suddenly, her bedroom door banged open.

There he stood, panting and face red.

"Don't," he commanded walking over to her and yanking away the scissors.

"Don't do that," he said again. He sat next to her and brought her into his arms.

He grabbed her wrist and brought it to his lips.

"Why do u constantly do this to yourself?" He asked.

She hid her face in his shoulder.

"I do it because no one is there to stop me. Or tell me its OK. Or tell me that everything is going to be fine. And tell me that everyone else is wrong," she cried.

He was speechless.

Now that he thought about it....

He never did tell her those things.

He never was here.

He only told her not to...

But never why.

He failed her.

"I'm so sorry" he whispered, tears streaming down his face.

She looked at him and saw the guilt in his eyes.

Had he just said that....

He could have stopped her....

But he didn't....

Why?

He swallowed and took her face in his hands.

He looked her in the eyes and said:

"I know I should have told you those things a while ago.

I know its my fault I didn't.

I know that you feel alone, and numb, and scared.

But I also know I'm here for you.

No matter what you do.

I know your beauty is not altered in any way by the scars on your wrist.

I know I still love you.

I'm sorry I never told you that.

Please..."

He couldn't finish what he was going to say.

He started sobbing.

She hugged him and he cried into her shoulder.

"It's OK," she told him.

"No its not. If I had just said those things, maybe you would have stopped," he choked out. "But I didn't and its my fault."

"Why are you so upset over this?"

"Because, I dont want you to hurt yourself in anyway. Seeing you hurt yourself kills me. It tears me apart."

She was speechless.

He picked up his head and looked at her.

"Next time you cut, I want you to cut me in the same place same amount of times."

"I couldn't possibly do that to you."

Then she understood.

It took her a while to heal. With help from him, she saw someone who helped her destroy the poisonous villain in her head.

And she never cut again.
