Y/n POV
I roll my eyes as I walk down the steps of the school and see the Bowers Gang waiting for me. Ever since I moved here in middle school and didn't stand any of their shit they've been obsessed with me. I try not to be bitch at this school as me being a bitch is why I got kicked out of my old one, but being pushed around is not my forte.
"So what are your plans for summer Y/n?" Henry asked me as he and his friends followed me down the sidewalk.
"Probably try to make some new friends, start a few fires, go swimming...the usual." I shrug pulling my sunglasses out of my hair, actually using them.
"What do you need new friends for? You got us sweetheart." Patrick sidles up to me and I scoff and turn to face them. They stop in their tracks and we stand in a circle.
"Not to be a bigger bitch that I already clearly am," I gesture to my whole body which Bowers' Gang take pleasure in scanning," I prefer not to spend my summer with a loco," I point to Belch," Maniac," Henry," Sick bitch," Vic," or a psychopath." I finally point to Patrick," Thanks, now leave me alone. I have no idea why you guys like me some much. All I did was kick your asses the first day we met." I toss my hair and turn to walk away.
"I hate when she goes, but I love to watch her leave." Patrick mutters and I shake my head. I went down to The Quarry by myself and had a great time swimming. I know that Bower's Gang is watching me though because I feel someone watching me. I wish they would just come hang out with me if they're going to be creeps and watch me from the shadows.
After swimming I tie my hair back and start to walk home. After putting my shirt on I stash my shorts in my bag as I planned to go swimming so I wore my actual swimsuit. I'm not a creep that swims in my underwear. I have no idea where Bower's Gang disappeared to because I thought they would be looking for me by now. Great I actually liked hanging out with them!
Bummed out I kick a rock that jumps on to the over grown lawn of the Neibolt House. I look up at the house and the door slowly opens. Quickly looking around I don't hear snickers in the bushes like I thought I would from Bower's Gang. They must be in the house. I step onto the lawn and go up the stairs and through the door. I hear the door click behind me. Shit these assholes are sneaky. More so than I already thought.
I look around at the cobwebs and dust bunnies. There are vines growing everywhere but my attention is drawn to the clump of them in the old living room. It looked like there was a piece of paper stuck in it. Taking it out I saw a missing poster for Patrick...But he's not missing? I fold it up and take it with me. There are the creaks of foot steps up stairs.
Moving quickly I take the stairs two at a time and hear them groan in protest. I wave some dust out of my face and hear whispers in the room down the hall. A little girl's body falls down and she looks at me.
"Hello?" She moans out.
"Ripsom?" I whisper, but before I could even get down the hall she is dragged away screaming. I run to her thinking it was that it was Bower's Gang doing something to her. Did they kidnap her? How fucked up are my friends? The door slams before I get to it and I hear horrible screaming as I pound on the door to be let in. God I tell them to leave me alone the day that she was taken this must have been their other activity. I growl as the door won't open.
At least I know I can get Henry in trouble. I turn and go back down stairs. Suddenly something shoves me into the kitchen and I knock the old wooden take into pieces with my weight. Either I'm bigger than I thought or this table is old as shit. Fuck I scrapped my knee, but look around for who pushed me. I'm really starting to hate these guys.
"Fine I'll hang out with you guys this summer. Okay? No new friends. Just come out already." I scream as I lean on the door frame with my back to the front door.... Nothing. I hate these guys.
"If you say so....." The door to the fridge opens. A FUCKING CLOWNS BODY STARTS TO CONTORT OUT OF THE FUCKING FRIDGE!!!! I stare at him in for some reason amazed horror, if that's possible. He shakes his head and his blood orange hair goes wild.
"Time to float Y/n." He says sounding excited, making my stomach churn. All I do is back up. Slowly he starts to walk towards me and my breath starts to come faster. Whatever that thing is shoulders start to shimmy. IT's mouth starts to open and I can see rows upon rows of teeth. It's fingers burst out of the white gloves and they are black and sharp. My dumb ass decides it's time to trip over something and I fall on my ass. The thing stops advancing towards me and chuckles at me.
Finally it charges at me and finally I scream. I get up and run to the door with that thing close behind me. The door opens as IT catches my calf and I tackle the Bower's gang out the door. I hear the door slam shut with cackles behind it. I'm on top of Vic, but am scrambling to get away from the house as fast as I can.
"Come on guys we're getting the fuck out of here." I scream jumping down the stairs. I'm on the sidewalk when the pressure on my leg is too much and I fall. Bower's Gang is surrounding me asking me what happened and trying to stop the bleeding. Henry picks me up and puts me in Belch's car.
~~~
"Y/n what the fuck happened?" Belch asked rubbing my shoulder soothingly while Patrick was working on my calf. While in the car Vic ripped off his shirt and started to stop the bleeding while Belch sped down to the pharmacy. Patrick was now cleaning my calf. Vic got an old shirt from Belch's trunk.
"Who do we need to kill?" Henry pulled out his knife. I took the cigarette from Vic who sat next to me setting it in my mouth. I clutched Vic's hand as Patrick dabbed it with rubbing alcohol. He held my leg so roughly. I see sick happiness in his eyes as he scans my torn flesh.
"Whatever that thing was.... I don't want you guys near it or that house." I took a long drag and threw the butt on the pavement crushing it with my other foot," I'll be watching you guys all summer to make sure too." I smirk and they all have big smiles on their face knowing that we'll be spending the summer together.
