Two tears later

It's been two years and Travis is 21 and Katie is 20

Katie POV
me and Travis have been dating two years and I haven't been happier sure we've had a few bumps in the road but we are perfect.

I walk down to the straw berry fields and spot Miranda, " hey Katie " she says while smiling mischievously, " what r u hiding?" I question, she just shakes her head and runs off with her basket full of strawberries, I sigh and start harvesting.

The dinner horn blows and I get up dusting off my skinny jeans, and I spot Travis walking I run up to him " hey Trav" I say sweetly and he turns to me " hey Kates" He replies kissing my cheek but he seems tensed, " what's wrong?" I ask " Nothing Clarisse just beat me up for a prank" he tries but I don't believe because he hasn't got a bruise or scratch. But I brush it off, I walk to my Table, and sit down picking at my food " what's wrong?" Mir asks " nothing just Travis is acting really weird" I explain and Miranda just nods.

I eat my dinner and get up, " Katie!" Some one shouts I recognise as Travis's voice " yes Trav?" " come with me I have a surprise" he bribes and I take his hand. He leads me to the jetty and I see and table set up, " dessert madam" he jokes and I gasp " oh Travis you really didn't have to-" he cuts me off with a kiss " oh but I did" he mutters against my lips. And I giggle, we then take a seat, I look around at the sunset and look back at Travis who is next to me on one knee, I gasp " Katie Gardiner, we've been dating for two years now and they have been the best two years of my life, your heart was the best thing I ever stole so" he start pulling out a velvet red box and opening it to show a magnificent ring, I cover my mouth with my hands feelin. Tears coming down, " Katie Kat will you marry me?" He ask looking into my eyes hopefully. I tackle him kissing him, I break away " so is that a yes?" Travis cracks " YES!" I shout and kiss him again until I realise we r on the ground, I break away blushing but he just pulls me back wrapping his arms around my waist, and I kiss him back passionately, then Travis sit up still kissing me and I sit on his lap I break away and grab the box that fell on the ground next us, putting on the ring. " it's perfect" I whisper into his ear and give him another kiss before getting up pulling him with me. " let's go tell everyone!" I grin and he nods still dazed from our kiss. And he wraps an arm around my waist as we walk side by side towards the campfire where everyone is. We walk up to Chiron, " Hi Chiron we'd like to make an announcement" I ask and he nods stomping his foot to get everyone's attention. Everyone looks over interested, and I hold up my finger, and everyone gasps " we're getting married!" I squeal and everyone cheers.  Chiron claps Travis on the back and congratulates us then we sit down and a group of girls come rushing towards us. They start asking tones of questions " ok ok quiet down I'll answer your questions jeez" I hush and they go quiet, " how did he ask" Lou squeals and Travis slowly backs away from the madness, I start telling them what happened, about half an hours later they all go away and I go and retrieve Travis. He's sitting with the guys at a table, I walk over and sit down on his lap " ugh they are exhausting" I complain and everyone chuckles. " tell me about it I go and take Annabeth out for a date and half the camp comes squealing" percy groans and everyone chuckles. " yeah but the look on Travis's face when they came rushing towards you was priceless" Connor laughs and Travis rolls his eyes. I check my watch it's only 9:30, but I think it's time for a little prank. Wow Travis is really rubbing off on me. " Guys it's 10:30!" I panick a whisper. And they get up running to there cabins. I smirk as Travis tries get up and realises I'm there and I whisper " it's only 9:30" he looks at me " did my Katie Kat just pull a prank by herself" he asks playfully and I grin and kiss him. Then we get up and go to our special part in the woods, we get there and lay on the sand, I stare at the ring " can't wait to marry you" I whisper as he wraps his arms around me, " ditto" he whisper back " really ' ditto'" I raise and he hugs me tighter. I relax curling up against his chest, and we both drift off to sleep.
