Ch.2 masquerade

(This is a very long chapter so be ready)
Today is the masquerade ball, my mom helped me with my dress and picked out my shoes.
"Thanks momma." I said and hugged her
"Your welcome my love, but why don't you finish school here, and go to college at whitmore? All of your friends are going there." She asked.
"I'll see." I said and smiled.
I walked downstairs and saw Tyler in a black tuxedo and a black mask.
"Don't you dress up nice?" He said and smiled.
"You look very handsome." I said and kissed his cheek.
We waited for our guest to arrive and I sat by the food table eating food because I haven't eaten all day.
"Damn you can eat." I heard behind me.
"Damon, hi." I said awkwardly.
"Hello Lilith, isn't it a fine evening?" He asked and smirked.
"I guess so." I'm really nervous.
"I'll see you around." He said and left.
I saw Elena in a black short dress and a black mask.
"Elena!" I yelled and walked towards her. But she was gone, strange. I walked outside and saw her by Stefan but it looks like they were arguing. She looked at me and smirked, she was gone but I turned around and she was behind me.
She grabbed me by the waste and I was now by Stefan.
"No, don't hurt her Katherine." He demanded, who's Katherine. But suddenly my neck was snapped.
/ Sefans POV/
As I saw Lilith get her neck snapped, I grabbed her. Tyler is going to freak out, his dad is gone now his sister.
"The moon stone Stefan, tick tock." Katherine said and left.
I picked up Lilith bridal style and ran up stairs into an empty room. I ran back downstairs to go get Damon, Caroline, and Bonnie.
We were all in the room with Lilith dead body.
"What the he'll happened Stefan!" Caroline said and rushed over to Lilith.
"Katherine." He sighed.
"That's it now she's really getting a steak in the heart!" Damon yelled.
"Damon you have to wait." I demanded.
"But that's just it Stefan! I don't have any patience." Damon said.
"Yeah I know because you killed mason Lockwood!" I yelled.
Then Lilith's eyes opened and she took a big inhale of air.
"What the hell?" Caroline asked. Me and Damon looked at each other in confusion.
"What do you mean he killed mason Lockwood!?" Lilith yelled.
"What are you?" I asked her.
She ignored my question.
"What happened to my uncle?!" She yelled again but then Damon pushed her up against the wall and his hand around her neck.
"I wouldn't do that." Lilith smirked. She then grabbed Damon's hand and broke it with one hand and then broke his arm.
My jaw dropped and I was so confused, I looked at Bonnie and Caroline but they were speechless and then Jeremy came in.
"Ever heard of a ware wolf?" Lilith smirked.
"Yeah." I said.
"Well your looking at one right now." She said and I was frozen.
"Now tell me who killed my uncle and why." She demanded.
"Guilty." Damon said in pain. She threw Damon on the floor and stepped on his back making him groan in pain.
"Your lucky I'm not a wolf right now or I would have tore your head off!" She yelled.
"Caroline, Bonnie. We need to go now." Jeremy said and they left. I told Lilith the whole plan about Katherine and the moon stone and how her and mason wanted it. Then we told her how we were gonna kill her. (Season 2 ep. 7)
"How can I help?" She asked.
"When Caroline Gets Katherine in that room that Bonnie is going to trap her in, you stay with Caroline at all times because of Katherine gets out some how, she's going to want to get to Caroline." I explained and she nodded.
We all went downstairs and Went by the plan. Jermey went to go tell Katherine to meet Damon and Stefan at the edge of the lake by the woods.
/Jeremy's POV/
When I walked away from Katherine, something pulled me into the bushes but it was my sister Elena. "What the hell is going on?!" She asked and I informed her with the plan.
I texted Caroline that it was her turn.
/Caroline's POV/
I get a text from Jeremy that it's my turn and get ready for a show.
I went upstairs and went towards a door but someone grabbed me and pushed me against the wall.
"What is Stefan and Damon up to?" Katherine asked in anger.
"What do you mean?" I lied.
"I've got Jeremy Gilbert luring me out to the lake. What's going on?" She asked again.
"I don't know-nothing." I lied again.
She then turned me around where I was facing her and her hand was around my neck.
"Don't lie to me Caroline. They're up to something. What is it?" She asked
"I- (neck pops) Wait, No. ok. They're trying to kill you." I said, she let go of my neck and a gasped for air.
"I figured as much. Where's the moon stone?" She asked.
"Bonnie has it." I mumbled.
"And where is Bonnie right now?" She asked
"I don't know." I snapped but she grabbed me by my neck and forced me up.
"Ok. She's up stairs. She's upstairs." I said and she let me down.
/Elena's POV/
"You guys are trying to kill her here?" I asked Bonnie and Jeremy.
"We saw an opportunity and knew we had to take it." Jer said.
"Ok. Stop with the 'we' are you guys crazy? You could get yourselves killed." I said.
"We know what we're doing, Elena." Bonnie said
"And how am I supposed to feel if one of you gets hurt because of me?" I asked.
"It's not just you anymore, Elena. She's messed with all of us. She has to be stopped." Jer spit out.
/Caroline's POV/
"Why do you keep dragging me into this?" I asked and cried at the same time as she dragged me upstairs.
"I don't want to be a part of it." I said
She tugged my hair. "Shut up. Which room is it?" She asked
I looked to my left and said, "that one." And sniffled. She then went into that room and left me behind, and then I saw Lilith.
"Where is She?" Katherine asked. I couldn't help but laugh. She looked at me in confusion.
"I did it. Ha. I really didn't think that I'd be able to fool you. But I did." I laughed. She tried to come at me but a barrier stopped her at the door.
"What the- -?" Katherine said in confusion.
"Okay Caroline I got to you out of here." Lilith said and grabbed my arm.
"Wait didn't I kill you?" Katherine asked.
"Yeah you did, my name is Lilith Lockwood and I'm a wear wolf, Nice to meet you." Lilith chuckled.
/Stefan's POV/
"Stefan?" Katherine sighed
"Hello, Katherine." I smirked with a wooded steak in my hand
"Good bye Katherine." Caroline said and Lilith took her downstairs.
"You don't really think that you can kill me with that, now do you?" She chuckled.
"No, but he can." I said and Damon came out on the closet with a steak gun and shot her in the back.
/Bonnie's POV/
"Ahhh!" Elena yelled in pain
"Elena!" Jer yelled
"What is it?!" I asked.
"Oh god!" I said, there is a spot of blood appearing on the back on her shirt. I looked at Jeremy and he was just as confused.
We sat Elena down by the table, more blood was everywhere.
"Ahhh!" She yelled in pain again.
"What's happening?!" Jeremy asked
/back to Katherine/
Stefan went to stab Katherine again and went into her arm making her groan in pain and also Elena.
/back to Elena/
"What is going on?!" Jer said again.
"Jeremy, it's Katherine!" I yelled
"She's linked to Katherine! Get them to stop now! I yelled again. Then Jeremy ran off.
/Katherine's POV/
Stefan went to stab me again but I caught his arm and pushed him into a chair making him fall on the ground.
Damon pulled the steak out of my back and tried to stab me but I caught his arm too and threw him against the wall.
Stefan then got up and threw a steak at me but I dodged it. He threw another one but I caught that one and threw it at him but he dodged it.
Damon went to stab me but I grabbed his arm again and threw him against a chair. Damon got back up and tried to stab me in the stomach but I grabbed his hand and made his hand point to his face with the steak as I forced it closer and closer to his chest.
He grabbed my arm and pushed backwards.
Stefan then grabbed my neck and I pushed Damon hard which made me and Stefan fly across the room.
As Stefan was holding me down, Damon came with a steak and just as he was about to pierce it threw my chest. We heard someone say "stop!" It was Jeremy.
"You're hurting Elena. Everything you're doing to her is hurting Elena." Jeremy said and I smirked.
Stefan released me and I got up with a smirk on my face. I got in Damon's face.
"You think you two are the only ones with a witch on your side?" I asked and chuckled.
"Wrong. And something tells me that my witch is better than your witch." I teased
"Jeremy, go check on Elena. Make sure she's ok. Go!" Stefan demanded.
"Lets all make sure poor Elena is ok." I said
"Just a little bit more pressure." I said and cut my hand with the steak.
/to Elena/
"Ahhh!" Elena yelled in pain and the cut on her hand appeared.
/to Katherine/
Stefan hit the steak out of Katherine's hand
/to Elena/
"Bonnie, it hurts!"Elena yelled
"I can't break the spell, Elena. I'm sorry. But I can try to take some of the pain away. Ok?" Bonnie said.
"Ok." Elena groaned.
Bonnie started to chant the spell,"Ascinda, mulaf, hinto, ascinda..."
/to Katherine/
"This is really going to hurt." I smirked as I was about to stab myself in the stomach.
"Wait." Damon said and I stopped.
"Ok. So, how about that moonstone?" I smiled.
/to Elena/
"Are you Okay?" Jeremy asked.
"Are they?" I asked as Bonnie was still chanting.
"They're stuck in there with her." Jeremy said and looked up at the house.
"You were right Katherine had a witch link Elena to her." Jeremy said to Bonnie.
"The girl I saw. The one inside." Bonnie said
/flash back/
Bonnie's pov.
I felt this connection, I followed it and it lead me to a woman. I tapped on her shoulder and she turned around.
"I'm sorry, do I know you?" I asked the woman.
"No I'm a plus one, I don't know anyone but great party." The woman said and walked off.
/present/ Bonnie's pov
"Stay with her keep pressure on her shoulder." I said to Jeremy.
"Where are you going?" He asked.
"There's another witch here, I'm gonna find her." I said and ran off to the house.
/Jeremy's pov/
I took off my protection ring.
"Take this." I said to Elena.
"No, Jeremy."She demanded.
"Elena, listen." I said
"You need this more than I do." I said
"No, Jeremy. What I need is for you to be safe." Elena cried.
/Damon's pov/
"The three of us together, just like old times." Katherine chuckled.
"The brother who loved me too much, and the one that didn't love me enough." She said
"And the evil slut vampire who only loved herself." I teased.
"What happened to you Damon?" She asked in annoyance. "You use to be so sweet and polite?"
"Oh that Damon died a long time ago." I said
"Good. He was a bore." She laughed.
"Why don't you two stop antagonizing each other." Stefan said.
"Where's the moonstone?" Katherine spit
"What do you want with it?" Stefan asked.
She looked at me and smirked. "Does Elena enjoy having both of you worship at her alter?" She asked.
"That was really desperate, Katherine." Stefan teased. "Don't you think that we can see right through you?"
"So, it doesn't bother you that Damon is in love with your girlfriend?" She asked.
"Oh. Stop it." Stefan demanded.
"Or what? You'll hurt me?" Katherine picked. "Come on, Stefan. Everything that I feel, Elena feels. So, go ahead. Ah, or better yet, kiss me Damon." She said walking closer to me.
"She'll feel that too." She smirked.
"You know, this whole mason thing has me a bit confused." Stefan said. "Why a werewolf? The moonstone can break a curse, that would help them destroy all vampires. So, what's in that for you?" Stefan asked.
"Sorry about your pet wolf." I said. Even though I dong regret anything about killing mason."you should have kept him on a tighter leash." I picked
"I'll have to remember that for me next time." She said. "He's not the only wolf in town."
/Tyler's POV/
"So what happened to Aimee?" Sara asked
"I don't know. She disappeared." Matt said and dinking more alcohol.
"Shes probably drunk somewhere." I joked.
"Like me." Matt said and started pouring the alcohol on the floor.
"Whoa, don't do that." I said
"What, man? It's a party." Matt laughed.
"Right, Dad?" Matt said and picked up one of our family pictures. "You know, it looks like your dad...wants a drink." And he pours the drink on the picture.
"Hey that's not cool." I said getting pissed.
"What's wrong with you?" I asked.
"The guy was a dick." Matt spit out
"Come on, your being mean. His dads dead." Sara said.
"Give me the picture." I said and tried to grab the picture but he jerked it away.
"Whoa!" Matt yelled "remember how your dad used to slap you around?" He slapped me.
"Are you kidding?" I asked getting angry.
(Just remember guys, Katherine compelled Matt to do this so ty could kill him so he would turn into a wolf)
"Just having fun." Matt chuckled.
"Put the picture down, man." I demanded.Then He slammed the picture on the table making the glass shatter.
"Ok, you need to calm your drunk ass down right now!" I said and tried to grab him. But he pushed me away.
"Do something about it." He said.
"I'm not going to fight you." I sighed.
He then tackled me to the ground, and then punched me multiple times.
/Caroline POV/
I heard Matt and Tyler grunting.
Tyler: "Get off me!" I heard him yell
/back to Tyler/
I got up and punched him. And then tackled him.
"What is going on?!" Caroline yelled.
"Stop!" She then pushed Matt off of me.
Matt got up and tried to get at me.
"Stop!" Caroline held us a part.
"I can't. Let me go. I have to finish." Matt said.
"What the hell is wrong with you?!" I yelled at Matt.
"Let me go!" Matt yelled.
Then Caroline let go of Matt and hit him in the face making him fall on the floor unconscious
She then went over to see if he was ok. "Matt?"
/narrator/
Sara then picket up a sharp envelope opener.
"How did you-?" Tyler asked but Sara stopped him.
"Matt failed. If Matt fails, I can't." Sara said.
"Tyler look out!" Caroline said and Tyler turned around towards Sara. Then Sara stabbed him in the shoulder and he pushed her making her fly and hit her head on a desk. Killing her.
/Tyler's POV/
"No, No, No. come on, wake up." I yelled, shaking Sara. If she's dead I turn. "Sara! Sara, open your eyes, wake up." I said.
"This can't happen, this can't happen." I said to myself.
"This can't be happening. Sara! Sara, get up!" I yelled. "Sara! Open your eyes! Oh god. This can't be happening."
I got up and started panting. Then Lilith came in.
"What's going on?" Lilith asked.
"Sara stabbed Tyler with an opener and he pushed her making her hit her head on the desk and k-killer her." Caroline said
"Oh god." Lilith said. I was panting around. Lilith got down by Sara and put two fingers on her neck for a pulse. Lilith shook her head.
"Oh god!" I started to groan in pain.
"Tyler!" Lilith yelled
"Tyler, what's happening?" Caroline said.
"Get away!" I yelled.
"What's happening?!" Caroline yells and looks at me.
/liliths POV/
Tyler then looked up and his eyes changed to a gold color. Like mine when I turned.
/Damon's POV/ (still with Katherine)
"Damn it. Where's that witch?" I asked myself.
"Oh, we could play charades!" Katherine said.
"You bargained the moonstone." Stefan spit out.
"What are you mumbling about over there?" He grabbed my attention.
"When you struck a deal with George lockwood, to help you fake your death, you told me that you gave George something that he needed. It was the moonstone wasn't it?" Stefan said.
"Good for you, Stefan, 2+2 ...and it would have worked, except that people found out I wasn't in the tomb. Thanks to you, by the way."She said and looked at me.
"Have I mentioned how inconvenient your obsession with me has been?" She asked
"You and me both, honey." I said.
"Why do you need it back?" Stefan asked.
"I love you in a suit. So dashing." She changed the subject.
"And What where you doing with it in the first place?" Stefan asked.
"You're wasting your breath, Stefan." I said
"Unless it want yours to begin with." Stefan pointed.
"In 1864, you faked your death. Who were you running from, Katherine?" Stefan asked.
"I'm 1987, you were in Chicago, at a concert of all places, with that wench Lexi. Come on, Stefan. Don't look so surprised. Of course, I checked in on you over the years. You were standing in the front row dancing all night. You were watching Bon Jovi, and I was watching you." She exclaimed.
"Who were you running from?" Stefan asked again.
Katherine then mouthed "I love you." To Stefan.
/ Bonnie's POV/
I was searching threw the crowd looking for the witch. I saw her but she walked away. I chased after her into a room. She wasn't there but when I turned around she was.
"You looking for me?" The other witch asked.
"Who are you?" I asked.
"Lucy." She answered.
"What are you doing here?" I asked her
"I should have known I'de run into a Bennett." Lucy said.
"How do you know me? I asked
"You figure it out." She said "Look, I have no interest in fighting you."
"Then stop the spell you put on my friend." I demanded
"Give Katherine the moonstone, and I will." She smirked.
"Why are you helping Katherine? Don't you know what she is?" I asked quietly.
"Tell your friends to hand over the moonstone and all will be groovy." She smiled.
She tried to get around me but I stopped her
"You're not leaving this room, until you stop the spell." I demanded.
"I don't wanna hurt you." She said.
"I don't wanna hurt you." I also said
"Look, I don't have a choice. The bitch saved my life, and now I owe her. I have to pay up." She explained.
She tried to get around again but I grabbed her arm and I we felt this weird vibe.
"You have the mood stone. I can sense it on you." She said and grabbed my arms, The the lights started to flicker.
"You feel that? You can trust me." She said.
"Give it to me." She demanded. "It's ok." She said.
/Stefan's POV/
"We're missing the party." Katherine sighed.
Damon poured a drink and it caught her eye.
"I'll have one of those." She said.
"Right away, Miss Katherine." Damon picked.
And poured her a drink.
"Thank you." She said and grabbed the drink.
Then all of a sudden Damon pushed her against the wall and held a steak In front of her.
"No! Damon, don't." I said holding his arm.
"Yes, Damon, please." Katherine said.
"The second the spell is lifted, I'm gonna drive this stake right through your heart!" Damon said.
"God, you're hot, when did you get so hot?" She said, the me and Damon backed up.
"Katherine." We heard a voice say. We turned our heads and saw a young woman with the moonstone.
"The spell in this room has been broken, your free to leave." The witch said.
"Thank god." Katherine said.
"When I hand this over, my debt to you is over." The witch demands.
"Done." Katherine said.
"I owe you nothing." The witch added.
" I said done. Give it." Katherine demanded.
"I wouldn't do that." Damon said
     The witch then gave Katherine the stone, but Katherine started to choke.
"You should have told me another witch was involved. She's a Bennet witch, Katherine. But I'm sure you knew that."
"Wait Elena-"
"Elena's Fine." She said. "The spell is broken she'll heal quickly. Bonnie's with her, I apologize for my involvement." The witch then left and Katherine was unconscious.
/lilith's POV/
As caroline was making up a story to tell my mom, I sat with Tyler on the couch in the other room, comforting him.
I then saw the sharif and went to tell my mom.
"Mom, The sharif is here." I told her and she nodded. She left and then Tyler walked in.
"Matt's in the car, sleeping it off. I'll deal with him. I don't want him involved in any of this." Caroline said.
"What are y'all doing?" Tyler asked us.
"Were fixing a bad situation." Caroline said.
"Why? I did this. I killed her."
"No, you didn't mean to and I think it's best for everyone-." I was cut off.
"But she's dead Lilith. You don't know what that means." He sighed and so did I.
"Actually Tyler, we do." Caroline spoke.
"No, y'all don't." He spat.
"Has your wound healed?" I asked him.
     Tyler unbutton his two buttons of his shirt and then pulled it back, revealing healed skin.
"How did you-." Tyler was confused.
