General LeVon and Admiral Myron along with Admiral Anita stood beside him watching him make his 10th year Inaugural Speech. San Francisco was not allowed to vote for a new Mayor because they were under the dictatorship of Adam LeVon. No one could stop him. He was so protected that no one could ever take him out. He hid in his office all day and locked the door so nobody could ever get in. But things were changing. SharkBait or Josh Grouting was destined to become the new ruler in San Francisco. After LeVon would have migrated to a hidden valley in Japan, Josh was destined to be the new ruler. But Andrea had different plans. Andrea was already on her way to take out LeVon. But she too knew about Josh. Blitz had told her stories that Josh told Blitz. So she knew that Josh was a good guy and not all bad. And if she had to take out SharkBait she would. Anything to stop the evil dictatorship of General LeVon. Andrea had secret agents working in all corners of San Francisco and reporting to her on what was happening day in and day out. She knew what was happening. But right now she was on her way to find out.
