"Great timing" said Andrea to herself under her breath. When nobody was looking she bust in the doors of the town hall. But then she heard a noise from above. It was SharkBait. Josh Grouting just arrived and was ready to become public and get his permanent tattoo to symbolize his pledge to the Evil. All the Villains had to get it when they came out to the public as a Hero. It they backed down, they would be killed. It was do or die. StarGirl made her way up too the top of the tower. Josh made his way up a different staircase. The Inaugural Staircase was the name of it. He peered up. The crowd roared. Once again, it was almost as if they were siding with the bad guys and not the good. San Francisco had known Blitz was their hero ever since he was a child. But for the last ten years it was LeVon and Lobsterman. The body guards had the entire tattoo stand set up ready for Josh to be crowned in. The speech started.
"And so I bring you here today, to welcome you the new rule of me, Leon Lobsterman, my colleague General LeVon and our new city Hero: SharkBait!" Said the lord Leon.
The crowd cheered and roared so loud you could hear a tornado coming.
Josh sat down on the tattoo bench and General LeVon pulled out the pen and began drawing. Andrea hurried up. Running and running up the stairs. But when she arrived. It was too late....
