Amai's POV

I was busy preparing snacks for the sports club and I decided to make cookies.

After a while me and my clubmates finished the cookies "Hey Amai can we have some cookies too?" a clubmember asked me "Sure but only one per member." I said sternly "YAY!!" All of my club members yelled.

After that we walked to the open field and saw the Sports club sitting down to rest, We walked in and showed them what we made, I yelled "Hey!! Who wants some cookies?!" Then everyone in the Sports club ran to us and started eating all the cookies as if they hadn't eaten in days.

"Wow Amai!! Your cookies are the best!!" A fellow Sports member said "Yeah!! They were so good" Another member said "Okay!! Everybody that's all for today see you all on Monday" Asu yelled, "Yeah you guys can go home now." I said to my clubmates.

When Everyone left I turn to Asu "So I guess I should be going now." I said "Can I walk you home?" she said as my face start to blush lightly "Umm sure." I replied shyly.

'Time Skip'

"Thanks for walking with me."

"No problem." Asu replied while she is holding my hand and I can feel my face heat up whenever I think about it.

We kept walking until we reached my house "Thanks I'll see you on Monday." I walked towards the path leading to the front door.

"W-wait." I turned around and saw that asu looked flustered "U-um I was thinking if you would you like to go out tomorrow.. If that's okay." I swore I just wanted to die of happiness when she just asked me out me and asu going out together.

I quickly shook my thoughts away then replied casually "Sure I would love to." I scratched my neck "Okay then tomorrow at 5 meet me at the mall."
After that she ran away.

I entered my house and ran straight to my room, I collapsed onto my bed face first as I rolled around my bed in embarassment, Why did I agree to go with Asu?!?!

Because your hella gay for her.

I sighed. The voice in my head is right but what do I do? She might not be into girls and maybe only sees me as a 'friend', My heart ached after the word 'Friend' kept echoing in my head.

I continue to rolled around my bed completely embarassefd. "Ughhh why does it have to be me?!" I lightly shouted.

"Amai what seems to be the problem dear?"

I nearly jumped out of my skin as I looked up and saw my mom at the door. "M-Mom I uhh... well t-there's nothing wrong ehehehe."

Then she gave me the 'come on I know your lying look' "Okay well I uhhh.. how should I say this?"

I haven't told my mom yet because I'm scared that she will disown me. "You can tell me anything Amai." my mom says sweetly.

"I-I'm gay!" I blurted out while looking down, I can't even bear to look up because I know she is disgusted and would probably say 'It's just a phase' and I fight the urge to cry but instead I felt her hugging me.

"Oh Amai, I knew about that." she gently caressed my back "W-wait you do?" I said in total shock as the tears start to fall. "Of course. You would always talk about how pretty girls were and you aren't so subtle about your reaction to pretty girls so it was pretty obvious." my mother chuckled after her remark.

I hugged her tighter as I started to cry "Mom!!"

"There there. I can assure you that there is nothing wrong with girls liking girls and I'll always love you and that will never change." Somehow I felt the burden on my chest became lighter, having my mom support me one of the greatest thing I could ever ask for.
