Just The Begining (merome)

Chapter 15

*Mitch's POV*

I woke up too see Jerome gone. I figuered he must have gone and eaten. I turn to my notebook still open to my drawing. I pick it up in my hands starring down at Jerome. I hear the knob of the door start to turn.

I freak out closing the notebook and grabbing the pen throwing it under the bed just in case it's Jerome. I turn back to see its just Emily. She's holding a vase with a green liquid in one hand and walks to the side of my bed.

"Hey Mitch." She says

"Hi.." I said

"Ok so listen, I've been working on the potion that can heal your wound faster." she told me sitting down on the bed next to my foot.

"Oh ok. But how long with the potion will it take to heal completely." I asked a but nervous of what the potion might do.

"No need to be nervous Mitch. Also It would only take a few hours or the whole day. It will be perfectly new tomorrow." she said smiling

"How'd you know I wa-" I got cut off my Emily speaking," I knew you were nervous because I can read minds. Your not forgetting I'm a vampire are you?"

"oh well..um is the potion gonna hurt." I said kinda scared

"I haven't tried it on anything but a cut on a bird. It healed it. The bird didn't move but I don't know about a human."

She honestly.

"Ok well its worth a shot." I said.

She uncovered my foot from the soft blanket. Slowly holding my foot she took a look at me her green eyes asking for permission. I nodded. The small bottle tipped towards my foot letting only a little bit drip touch the wound.

I yelped in pain as the liquid stung my ripped red foot muscles. I felt a gust of wind and my hair fell over my eyes. I moved it back to place with my hand and saw Jerome. You could see how worried he was from his eyes.

"Mitch what-ts wrong?" he asked pulling a chair up and sitting next to the bed.

I bit my lip holding in my screams of pain and said, "p- potion hur-ts"

His arm wrapped around my back. I layed my head on his shoulder and hugged his chest tightly. His other hand brought me closer while Emily finished pouring the burning liquid onto my foot.

She said,"get well." and walked out the room.

Jerome picked me up at sat me in a sitting position in the middle of the bed. As he was about to walk away I pulled his arm back to me and snuggled up with it. Forcing him to sit down next to me. He did so then I decided to snuggle up on his chest.

I looked 'down there' on Jerome by accident and felt a hot blush run onto my face. I bit my lip hard and shoved my face into his stomach and stayed like that until I fell asleep.

So I'm suppose to update Fridays and I was going to then I got sick not just sick like REALLY SICK I've been sick for two and a half weeks now. I was suppose to be on bed rest and my body hurt.

I couldn't do any homework or even sit up. it was baddddd. now I'm feeling better tho but I'm still sick kinda.

Anyways hope you enjoyed.

I think the real adventure in this book is gonna start next chapter then continue onto the others :D
