CHAPTER 1: MEETING HIM

ALEXIS'S P.O.V

I walked out of the house and slammed the door shut. I was pissed and i was running throught the forest. I ran for about two hours before i had to stop, i was right before the border line of the others pack territory. They literally have a 2 foot fence there. I just walked along side of it trying to cool down. It wasn't working. I'm mad at my dad because he got so angry that he threw a FREAKING VASE at me. I caught it and chucked it at his head before he barely dodge it. I mean seriously! Who throws a vase at their kid? I was so pissed that i had to stop.

I was shaking, that's how mad i was, but then i felt this weird feeling spreading through out my body. Then it felt as if i was my bones were changing. HOLY CRAP! I'M SHIFTING! I then saw blue paws. I'm a wolf! Just then my head was in just so much pain, i fell to the ground. But then it stopped. Wierd. Wow, i feel so free. But wait, girls aren't suppose to shift untill their 19! Oh well. I looked back at my body and saw that i was a black and blue wolf! Wow, I looked EXOTIC! I started running and it felt so amazing! I felt so free. I tripped on a rock. FUGDE! My wolf whimpered. Hey i forgot, when we shift, we have a wolf inside of us.

It said,"Hey! careful now, we don't want to get hurt!" I gave a mental nod and started running when i smelled another wolf. It was coming from the other side of the fence. My wolf growled. "Hide!" It said. I hid behind a rock. I calmed down and changed back to human form. When we shift, our clothes are still fully intact. I spied and saw a guy walking on the other side of the fence. He was HOT! But still the enemy. He had black hair with silver streaks. Hethen stopped and whipped his head around and sniffed. I stayed completely still.

He then said,"I know your there, so what's the point of hiding?" I thought and decided to show myself. I said,"Your slow at sensing people." He laughed and then looked me over and said,"I'm Rayden." I nodded and said,"Alexis." I looked into his eyes and everything disappered. He was the only one i saw. My wolf holwed. He was gorgeous. His emerald eyes were captivating. He had my heart. My wolf said,"Mate. Mine." WAIT! HE'S MY MATE? My wolf howled again. Fudge.

RAYDEN'S P.O.V

As soon as we locked eyes, everything disappered. She was the most beautiful girl i have ever seen. And her face was exotic. She was now what my world revolved around. I would protect her. I would fight for her. I would do anything to make her happy. My wolf howled and said,"Mate. Mine." She was my mate? I FINALLY FOUND MY MATE. But then she looked shocked and she shook her head and said,"No, no, no, no!" Then she took off. My wolf told me to go after her but i couldn't. It was enemy territory. My wolf howled out in pain. My mate was my enemy. What am i going to do?

ALEXIS'S P.O.V

My wolf howled in pain as i ran away. MY MATE IS MY ENEMY! What am i going to do? I ran back home. I walked in and my dad was sitting with his head in his hands. When he looked up, he was crying. I have never seen my dad cry. He came and gave me a big hug. he said,"I NEVER meant to throw that vase at you, please forgive me?" I nodded and said,"Daddy, i have to tell you and Mom something, when will she be back from Jenna's?" He wiped away his tears and said,"Soon." Then he looked at my face and gasped. Wtf? He said,"Your face." I gave him a weird look and he quickly showed me to the hallway mirror and what i saw what something exotic, something beaytiful, something very unique. On my fore head was my wolf howling, and fblue fire surronded it. Then lace like patterns framed my face and flowed down my neck. It was so exotic! I was in shock.
