I wake somewhere wet since I see the sun but it doesn't hurt my eyes and when I tried to reach it I was meant with a watery hand and I see Katsuki on the other side sleeping and then I look up and I meet Fumikage who was hugging me in his sleep. I smile but then I see this guy with bunny ears and a trident before he smashes it down making a screeching noise to my ears everybody else woke up like it was a sweet melody but I woke up to it like hell. I was then faced with a merman in a sleeping seaweed bag. I tilt my head and see him siping something in a seaweed pouch. I groan in pain and look up to see the bunny guy "So this is the kid you're talking about Izuku" I look and see him smiling. "So why are you helping us? Merpeople"I just sigh and scratch my head in boredom "well I dont call myself human nor I like to be call one since I will be considered like one of those filthy bastards that's ruling over the kingdom and that polluting the ocean that I call home, so the answer to your question is Why Not?". I then see my feet wrapped in a seaweed chain I touch and feel the smooth touch that gave me. I look up and smile "Dear All Might I will need three subjects from your people to try out something new that may be the next peace offering for the world". All Might tilt his head "But what will these people do?" I just smirked, "just an experiment where I would see if I can make you fishies grow legs". It all went silent until a moment later they all screamed "LEGS!!!" please dont kill my eardrums" I said. They all quiet down and then they all huddled together forming a circle and started to do something since they would glance up and then back to the conversation they were at hand. This went for 30 minutes without noticing that I was seeing the fishes and making them swim all around me, I was going to the surface but a seaweed chain stopped me from going any higher than the coral. I swam a bit and looked to see that the shelves of the cove were full of seaweed book and textbooks and I just smiled knowing that they were learning something. When I open a medical book that was on the desk in front I saw it was about medical sea science. I read the pages that made me get lost without knowing that I was being seen by the class but a certain explosion made me shut the book instantly and blushed in embarrassment "BAKA WHAT WAS THAT FOR". I may not have noticed the stares but I got back into my normal position and sat criss-cross "so who would be the volunteers for my dear experiment that may cost a new leap" Katsuki and Izuku from class 1-A" i swam to Izuku and Katsuki "I would take real good care of you guys so dont worry and im an absolute A+ doctor so you can trust me". Katsuki then bit me on the shoulder in front of everyone and I grabbed his head and pushed him off "BAKA what was that for" Mine" he said with a red face. I was confused that I tilted my head before taking my secret pouch and take out a pill while All Might made my air bubble bigger and grabbed Katsuki and french kissed him while I took another pill and did the same to Izuku who passed out instantly "I may need help on taking them to the surface so do you guys mind helping me out if you may".

Few moments later 

I carried both boys to the pool area and laid them on the water only their lower half since they had to keep hydrated so I left them there until a few moments later they had legs and that was the hard part since I had to bring them to the guest room where I laid both to bed.

"Let's see how you like it, Izuku and Katsuki"

Long ass time to update but sorry i was updating my one piece story thats almost finished just like this one but in a few 3-5 chapters more XD
