Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherly Bond

Episode 1:

I stare outside of the window on the train. "Damn. It's been three years already... I wonder what Al's been up to in Xing... I hope he's gathered some useful information" I lean into the window and inhale.

"Hey, you look familiar, do I know you?" I turn around and see someone with long black hair staring at me. "I could ask you the same, who are you?" I glare at them. They continue, "Are you a circus performer?" I flinch to their question. "Excuse me?" I say, raising my voice. "It was a joke, cool it, Elric." They know my name? Now I'm slightly suspicious, who is this man? "Who are you?", I ask, turning toward them. "Your greatest nightmare." I slightly move back. "Is that a threat?", I don't take my gaze off of the man. "What if it is, Fullmetal Alchemist?" He smirks.

(Ignore the video, the song is the intro, like the series. This is meant to be like a show, not a book)

I scan him, looking for clues, then I notice his left hand has a glove on it. "What's with the glove?" I stare at it. "This ol' thing?" He raises his arm, "It hides my burden, that I bare unwillingly." He glares at me.

Why does he look so familiar? Purple eyes? That's not natural. "It's not polite to stare, ya know. Or did your mommy not teach you manners?" He chuckles. A ponytail? He kind of looks like... no, it can't be. "What's wrong? It looks like you've seen a ghost. Or did me mentioning your mommy upset you?" He laughs.

"Spill it, who are you?" I restrain myself from leaping at him. "You know who I am, your worst nightmare." He stands from his seat and leans on it. "What's your name?" I continue staring at him. "My name? I'm not telling you. "He walks to the front of the train car and leaves. "What the hell?"

Shortly after that, the train screeches to a stop and the other passengers look around in confusion. The intercom suddenly comes on, "Will the Fullmetal Alchemist meet me on the roof of the train please? Fullmetal Alchemist, Edward Elric. Top of the train." The intercom turns off. It was the same guy I was just talking to!

I leave the same way he did and take the ladder to the roof. I see the man with his arms crossed, his ponytail swaying in the wind. "What is this? What are you doing?" He opens his eyes. "Took you long enough" he scoffs. Now, I'll show you who I am, in a fight!" He smirks again.

Central Command Center:

"Sir, it seems Edward's train is having difficulties. The conductor sent a distress call." A woman says. "Is that so? Play the message." The woman does so. "E-excuse me? Anyone? There's a monster on the train, he just forced me to stop the train or he'd kill me. Edward Elric is on this train, send help right away!" The call ends and the woman's superior stares out of a window. "Sir, shall we dispatch a rescue team?" The woman asks. "Right away, we can't afford to lose Fullmetal."
