Amy held her arm around Becky to help steady her walking. She sat her down on the sofa and ran to the kitchen to look for something to use as a bandage. Bella slowly walked up to her mother, her face looked like she had been crying. Her cheeks looked watery and her eyes were a little red. "M-Mam? Are you a-alright," the sweet child asked. Becky looked at her daughter, trying not to make her worry. "Yes sweetheart, I'm alright." Bella sat on the sofa next to her mother, "He did this didn't he?" Her voice was breaking as she again started to cry. Becky put her unharmed arm around her child, "Honey, it's alright. You mustn't blame yourself when these things happen. You know it's not your fault." Bella wiped her tears, "But he makes me feel like it's my fault." "Never listen to what he says. Whatever he's doing to you, is making you feel how he wants you to feel. Don't give in Bella. You're the bravest girl I've ever known, you'll pull through with this. You just have to stay strong." Bella looked at Becky. Becky felt the warmth Bella had behind her eyes. Amy hurried back in with a big, white plaster. Without trying to hurt her, Amy placed the plaster over Becky's wound. She flinched when Amy stuck it on. "Sorry, I know it hurts but it's the best way to stop the bleeding." Becky sighed, "It's alright."
Bursting through the door, was Dr Winters. Amy stood up, "Well you definitely came at the right time." Her sarcasm wasn't amusing to the doctor. "What do you mean? What happened?" Amy didn't say anything and looked at Becky, making Dr Winters look in the same direction. The man then ran over to Becky and examined her stabbed shoulder. Bella then told him, "The boogeyman did this. He hurt my mam, and he's trying to hurt me." Dr Winters looked at Bella, then quickly knelt down with his hands on her shoulders. His quick movement startled the girl. "Bella, where is he right now? Only you know where he is, where is he?" For a minute, Bella stared at the man. Finally, she answered, "In the woods across the road." Becky had forgotten about the woods that were opposite their house. Dr Winters stood up, he took a gun out of his pocket. "What the hell are you gonna do with that," asked Amy. The man looked at Amy and replied, "I'm gonna kill this son of a bitch. I'm gonna end all of this once and for all." Suddenly, a smash was heard, coming from upstairs. Dr Winters held the gun firmly in his hand and he, Amy and Becky went to investigate. "Bella stay down here," her mother told her.
Once the three adults had disappeared upstairs, Bella looked out of the living room window, at the woods across the road. She saw no one. She heard a whisper in her ear, "Bella, I'm outside." The girl quickly turned around and saw that no one was there. She slowly then headed to the kitchen, there was still no one there. The floorboards creaked from above. The young girl decided to head for the back garden. Unexpectedly, she saw something sat in the garden, looking at her. It was her favourite teddy. Bella was confused as to why it was there, but she ran towards it and picked it up, giving it a cuddle. All of a sudden, she felt someone pick her up and put their hand on her mouth, preventing her from screaming...
Becky, Amy and Dr Winters came back downstairs after investigating the smash, which had came from Bella's room. "Bella? Bella? Where are you honey? There's nothing to be afraid of," Becky said. Amy and Dr Winters looked in the other rooms, the child was nowhere. "Becky, I can't find her. I don't think she went upstairs 'cause we would've heard her," Amy said. The women then heard Dr Winters shout, "Becky! Amy! You need to have a look at this. Did any of you leave the door open? The door that leads to the garden?" Becky and Amy quickly ran to Dr Winters. Becky froze when she saw the door wide open. "I never left that door open. I closed it," Amy said. Becky started breathing quicker and spoke, "Oh my god! No!" Quick as a flash, Becky ran into the garden and searched for her daughter. "Bella!? BELLA!? WHERE ARE YOU!?" The woman ran back into the house, with her friend and the doctor behind her, and ran out the front door. "BELLA!? PLEASE ANSWER ME! WHERE ARE YOU SWEETIE!?"
Becky started to break down into tears. But she saw something in the distance. The direction to the woods. There was something on the floor at the entrance. Quickly, Becky sprinted to the entrance to get a closer look. She fell to the ground when she saw what the object was. From behind, Dr Winters asked, "Is that Bella's?" Becky picked up the fluffy teddy. Bella's favourite teddy. A tear fell onto the soft fur. She looked into the big, brown eyes, the eyes that reminded her of her daughter. Amy then realised, "He took her, whilst we were upstairs. He smashed that window as a distraction so he could take her. That poor child. Such a sweet and innocent girl. I fear what he's gonna do with her." Becky stood up and stared into the distance. All there was were trees, fallen branches, leaves and more trees. The hatred for Jeff was too much that Becky couldn't take it anymore.
"I'm going to get her. I don't care if you two come with me or not, but I'm gonna go and get Bella back, with or without you both," Becky told them. Amy and Dr Winters didn't reply. Quickly, Becky took the gun out of Dr Winters' hand. Amy then looked into the woods, but not the same direction Becky was looking. She saw a boy standing there, it was like he wanted her to go in the woods. "Becky I'm sorry but, I have to do something. I hope you find Bella." Her friend questioned, "Where are you going? Is something wrong?" Amy replied, "No nothing's wrong. I just need to do something. But Becky, promise me that if you see Jeff, slit his throat and make him go to sleep for me." Becky said, "Don't worry, I will." Amy then started walking into the woods, towards the direction of the boy.
"Are you coming with me? Or am I doing this by myself," Becky asked the man. "I'm gonna go down to the police station. I need to report your missing daughter and say we have a suspect on who took her." Becky nodded her head with a little grin. Dr Winters said before leaving, "Becky, you've been through so much. All because of your brother. When you see him, be sure to give him everything he deserves." Then he headed off to the station. So Becky was in this alone, for now. A gun in her hand, rage up to a level where she could no longer stand it. Her mind was thinking that this would be a final match with her brother. Once she ends this, there will be no more killings, no more losses and she and Bella will finally live a peaceful life. A life that Becky never had. Now she was going to fight and get her life back. In her mind, this was going to be the end of Jeff the killer.
