3rd pov

"I want you to talk to me! I want you to forgive me for what happened in that clearing!" Asher said throwing his hands into the air while looking at Misty. She turned away from the two that were playing in the grass of the clearing and looked asher in the eyes.

"The thing is, I don't care about what happened in that clearing that day," Misty said in a dull voice as if she would rather jump off of a bridge then be speaking to asher, and to be frank she did.

"Then why haven't you been talking to me. Why have you been ignoring me and whenever I do talk to you, you act like I'm not there?! That's not how a mate should act!" asher cried at the girl but misty looked at him like he was nothing but a stranger.

"Please do tell me how a mate should act, Asher. I don't think that sleeping with another girl while knowing who and were your mate is. Dude I felt everytime you pleasured yourself with that girl while I was less than 10 miles from where you did it. I don't care about that time in the clearing. I also don't care that you pleased yourself with that girl." Misty said with ease. The look of confusion flashed over Asher's face when he realized what she had just said.

"What do you mean that you don't care what happened. You are my mate you should be sad or mad at me!" Asher said in mild confusion as he looked at the girl that the moon goddess had blessed him with, while a cold wave of dread washed over him as he hoped and prayed that she wasn't going to give the answer that he dreaded.

"I was your mate. My wolf and I agreed that the day you did the deed with the other girl that you were no longer our mate." Misty answered back shortly before turning her back on him to look back at her sister. Asher felt like he was stabbed in the chest as his wolf whispered in his head.

"Are you rejecting me?" he whispered so lowly that if she had been human, she would not have picked up on it. Misty turned back around to face the devastated male.

"I am saying that I will no longer be an inconvenience to you," she said before turning her back on him once more and shifted back into her large white wolf. She gave a sharp bark and ran off into the wood with her sister following her.

Asher stood there in shock looking in the direction that misty ran off to, completely ignoring that his brother has sat next to him.

"What happened bro?" Ace asks his brother seeing that he sat there in shock.

"I think she rejected me," he said in a daze that mounting truth finally rearing its ugly head. Ace stared at his brother for a few minutes before speaking again.

"Do you know why?" he asks wondering what could have driven the stong headed daughter of the moon to do such a thing.

"She knew that I was sleeping around and told me with a straight face that she would no longer be an inconvenience to me," he said but this time his voice broke even more. They sat there for a few more minutes before ace finally got asher to his feet and guided him back to the pack house.

With misty and angel, they had got back to the house and were sitting in angels room.

"What happened back there in that clearing, moon?" angel asks her reading twin.

"I knew that Asher was sleeping around and me and my wolf came to the conclusion to stop being his mate. I rejected him today but didn't use the official words to the rejection ceremony" Misty said like she was talking about the weather before turning her attention back to the book. Angel sat there for a few minutes before getting her own book and joined her twin on the bed.

Time skip SCHOOL

When the twins got to school all of the supernatural population's eyes were on them. More like their eyes were on Misty. Some were looking at her in wonder, seeing that she wasn't down in the umps and didn't look like she was in any kind of pain. Other people were sneering at her for rejecting the alpha.

To Misty, she didn't care what people thought other people thought on the matter so she didn't spare them a glance and kept her poker face for the whole time. This went on the whole day, some people were trying o get a reaction out of her by saying that they had seen asher with another girl or that what she did was wrong or that they had a great time in bed with asher. One person even said that asher said some pretty nasty things about her but no one got a reaction out of her.

At lunch angel dragged her into the music room and sat her at the piano while she herself sat down on a bean bag in the corner of the room, pulling out a sketchbook and went to town. Misty shook her head and turned to the piano and started playing "fur Elia".
