For several minutes, nobody moved. The sound of a chair being dragged across the floor and one of the men stood up. No one spoke as he seemed to look around for a split second before he turned to the door and ran at full speed. The sound of a gunshot rang out and the man crumbled to the ground with a scream. He laid there on the ground screaming while holding his knee. A small puddle of blood started forming around his leg on the floor causing Mitchell to sigh.

"Look what you did. You got blood on the floor." he sighed again before looking at misty and jerked his head in the direction of the fallen man. Misty stood without sound and walked over to the withering man and hauled him up by the back of his neck and dragged him back to a wooden chair that Angel pulled up. Misty shoved him into the chair causing the man to let out another scream of pain.

"Do you know why I did that Max? Do you know why I shot you?" Alex asked Max. The only type of answer Max gave was heavy breathing. Misty grabbed him by the hair and tugged his head back to that he was looking into the eyes of her father.

"When someone speaks to you, you should answer," Mitchell said from behind his husband

"So answer." max gave no sign of answering and Alex was getting impatient. The rest of the men that were kept back were silent. Angel gave an aggravated sign before pushing her chair back and walking out of the room. Both of the girl's parents looked at Misty for answers and misty just said homework.

Misty shoved her thumb into the bullet hole causing the man to scream out in pain.

"Ok! OK! I'll talk!" he screamed and Misty pulled her thumb out of the hole.

"That was all I had to hear," Michelle said before shooting him in the head. He then turned back to the rest of the group and sat down like he had not just killed someone in cold blood.

"He was a rat. Working with the man you will be getting, I'll call you with the details. Now get out of my sight." with that the men that were remaining rushed out of the door in hopes that their leaders didn't change their minds. Once the last of the men filtered out of the room, the only ones left were misty and her fathers. There was no sound in the room beside the sound of the three breathing and the sound of blood dripping on the floor.

"Misty before you go upstairs, I want you to go take the body down to the dump, but make sure to place it in a trash bag. God forbid blood stain the seats of the car." Misty nodded once before walking out of the room only to come back in with a box of trash bags. By the time she was out of the door with the body, her fathers were off doing something else. The drive to the dump was short and the disposal of the body was even quicker.

The week seemed to fly by, with angel going on another date with her mate and the suspense of not knowing when the next meeting was going to be. Michelle and Alex were juggling trying to find the second rat and their normal lives at the same time.

It was two weeks before the group was called back into the meeting room and the place was set in place with Leo Johnson being the target. It was to be a normal confusion which was to end with his body going to be vulture food somewhere in the desert. It was not supposed to end with a shootout with misty laying on the ground with several bullets inside her and angel turning into a statue. This was not part of the plan.
