"Aww, Felix, where did you get this?" I asked, holding up a shirt with the TriForce on it and the broken Master Sword in front of it. On the back was the little Divine Beast runes in a circle around Link.
"A place called Amazon." He replied with a smirk.
"The giant, long box is what I'm assuming the Master Sword?" I said slyly.
"Go open it."
I eagerly picked up the box, but got caught off guard when the box I picked up turned out to be heavy and accidentally faceplanted into the box as it dropped back onto the ground, taking me with it.
"JACK DID YOU GET THAT ON CAMERA--??" Felix asked while laughing.
"Yep. That's forever on te internet now Max. Say hi to te viewers watchin' right now!" Jack snickered.
"Fuck both of you and hi and why are you streaming this?" I asked angrily, holding my jaw.
"Because."
"Not an answer."
"Yes it is."
"You're not a father yet, you're not allowed to say that."
"Wait what--"
He stopped arguing with me as I threw the shirt at his face. I then opened the present that caused my now-bruised jaw and stared at it in shock.
I was right. It was the Master Sword.
But it was a literal sword.
"HOLY SHIZNIK! WHERE DID YOU GET THIS??" I squealed.
"That wasn't on Amazon. I got that at a recent Pax Convention. You're a big fan of the new Zelda game, and weapons, so
I figured I'd buy it." He shrugged."AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH THANK YOOOOOOOOOOOUUUU!!!" I jumped up and down out of pure excitement and joy. I stopped jumping and picked it up and weighed it a bit. Judging it balanced enough, I waved it around and grinned.
I then realized that there was a sheath that looked the same as the one in the game. I picked it up and slid the sword in, enjoying the sound it made.
Jack pointed to the medium sized bag that smelled of candy. As I looked inside, there was candy, and buried beneath it...
"DESTINY 2! YES, YES, YES!"
"Here's my present. Mark said, chucking a small box at me.
I automatically caught it and heard a soft jingle inside. I carefully opened it and saw a necklace with little pearls and a little rainbow seashell attached to it. My eyes softened and I put it on.
"How do I look?" I asked, flipping my hair out of the way.
"Beautiful." Mark replied with a smile.
"I also got you guys a gift, but I forgot to put it under the tree, lemme go get it." I ran to my room and dug or the five presents for the YouTubers in the living room.
"You cannot dodge this forever, Maxine." A voice said behind me.
"Try me. Now I'm having a good time. Go back to the Underworld." I snarled softly back at the person behind me.
"I'm not Anubis."
After that statement, I lit my hand on fire and spun around.
Nothing there.
Just my computer. I extinguished the fire by shaking my hand and then returned to finding the gifts.
I finally unearthed the boxes and returned to the living room.
I gave Mark the box that had a Tiny Box Tim with little wings on it imprinted on a pink and black blanket, gave Jack a blue and green blanket with Septic Sam imprinted on it, and chucked the box with a blue and white blanket with the Bro Fist on it. All were handmade by me and nice and fuzzy. Took a lot of time, preparing for Christmas. I did plan on sending them to them, but I guess I don't have to!
They opened them and all had happy looks on their faces.
"Handmade and you're welcome."
"Seriously?"
"You did this on your own?"
"Impressive!"
I smiled nervously and scratched my neck in embarrassment.
What keeps hunting me. As if Spawn and Glitched weren't enough trouble, I've got some other assholes hunting me down. This is getting out of control.
Way out of control.
