Chapter 12 The Announcement

Dax's P.O.V
I had flown over to this fancy shmancy hotel Blake,and Shelby were saying they had some kind of announcement they didn't tell anyone what the announcement was,but I walked in regardless of how hesitant I was. I looked around the room they had booked for their announcement,I saw Blake's parents,as well as Shelby's parents. I walked over to the ones I knew better. "Hi Sora,you wouldn't happen to know what Sound's hiding would you?" He gave me a perplexed look. "I actually don't. But I assume since he invited Shelby's parents,it's something big." I saw James run up to the stage. He had gotten a little bigger since last time I'd seen him. "I present my parents." Blake and Shelby walked up onto the stage of which everyone started to applaud. Sound was wearing a formal get up,and So was Saph. It was a little weird.

Sound's P.O.V
"Hey there everyone. Your probably all wondering why we asked you all to be here tonight. Well this announcement comes from both of us." I stood there hesitant to say it because Shelby's father was there. "Shelby's Pregnant, we have a child on the way." I saw Shelby's father shoot to a standing position. He had tears in his eyes. He started to clap. Of which everyone reciprocated his feelings, all except Dax,he had more of a shocked expression. After me and Shelby stepped off of the stage and dinner had begun Shelby's father,and my father were messing with eachother like they were old friends. I saw Dax leaning against the wall so I decided to walk over to him,and talk to him. "Uh hey Dax,I noticed you were surprised by the announcement so what's up. I mean I know you knew it was gonna happen eventually." He started to cry,he had a happy expression on his face. "I want to be an uncle to this kid,do I make myself perfectly clear?" "Yes,yes you do Dax." After the dinner everyone left,and we headed home.

Hey there guys Blake here I realize this chapter is incredibly short but this one has been running through my head for a while so I figured I might as well just let it out.
