It Wasn't A Date!

Josh pulled up to the Park, looked at his surroundings. He didn't see Tyler anywhere. Good; he had time to set up.

He ran over to their tree, spread out the blanket, and started to place different things all over it but left the drinks inside the basket.

He finally sat down on the blanket once he had placed everything, with his heart thudding rapidly. Why was he so nervous? He was just hanging out with his best friend. Pfft.

After, twenty-two minutes (yes, he counted the minutes) Tyler arrived to their spot.

"I'm so sorry, I took so long. I had to get ready, and then there was a wreck and traffic. I'm just so sorry." He dropped his head looking like a sad puppy dog.

Josh sighed, gettin up from his spot to walk over to him " why do you always get so worked up. You know I wouldn't be mad at you over such a simple thing Ty." He lifted Tyler's chin up so he would be looking at him (yes Tyler is shorter than josh in this?)

Tyler lip wobbled as if he was about to cry, "because, I-i don't know" He sniffled, and leaned against Josh in which Josh wrapped his arms around him.

After. Tyler had calmed down they sat down and Josh showed Tyler all the treats he had brought. Which made Tyler blush, and fuss at him saying "you shouldn't of gone to this much trouble."

Tyler ended up eating most of the pineapple and strawberries which Josh cried over. Josh ate most of the grape which Tyler whined about.

They shared a coke and sprite since they couldn't decide which one they wanted.

Overall it was a good date- no it was not a date. It was a nice time. A nice hangout session.

They enjoyed each other's company.

My papa passed away last Friday. He meant the world to me so My heart is in pieces.

The photo attached is the tattoo  I'm getting for him (it'll be in blue ; his favorite color) , above it will say Papa , below it will have his birthday and his passing date. (The text will be in black)
