JIMIN
Hyejin laughed into my chest as I carried her out of the car bridal style and into the house. Noah was with the grandparents so tonight was just us.
"Jimin, I'm too heavy, plus this dress-"
"Oh shut up, you're light as a feather." I cut her off, stating the truth. I placed her down on the sofa before joining her, trailing kisses down her neck and collarbone. She started laughing, pushing me off slightly but I continued. I kissed up her neck, onto her jaw and cheeks and finally her lips. The kiss quickly turned passionate, me pulling her closer, her wrapping her arms around me. She abruptly pulled away.
"Jimin?"
"Yes?" I said, leaning back a bit.
"I have something to tell you."
"What is it?" A sudden worry set over me. "Is something wrong baby?" she smiled.
"No quite the opposite." I suddenly felt excited, wondering what she was going to say.
"Then what is it?" I said excitedly. I felt oddly like a child at Christmas
"I'm..." she paused, obviously flustered.
"You're what?"
"I'm pregnant." A smile took over my face and a smile formed on hers too.
"REALLY!" I yelled.
"Yes, I took a test this morni- "I cut her off, kissing her. She quickly kissed back and I could feel the smile on her face as she cupped my cheeks and pulled me closer. This is all I ever wanted. To be a father of 2 or 3 beautiful children, and to have a beautiful wife by my side. I put one arm under her back and another under her legs and carried her up the stairs, causing her to laugh between kisses.
seven months later
HYEJIN
"Okay so how the hell does this work then?" Jimin sighed sat on the floor, reading an unhelpful manual for building a crib.
"Just call Hoseok for help!"
"No he has to take care of his actual daughter, I'm not going to ask him for help."
"He said you wouldn't be able to do it, and you want to prove him wrong."
"NO! Who said that?" Jimin looked at me with wide eyes before smiling. He'd taken some time off of work to help prepare for the baby. He'd been painting rooms, taking out furniture, bringing in new furniture. I'd wake up to freshly cooked breakfast and a wide smile kiss. And while reading, I'd sometimes glance up to see Jimin lugging some furniture in his muscular arms, a thin sheen of sweat across his bare chest due to the midday summer heat.
Thank god Noah goes to school now. No child should ever see their mother in full fan girl mode.
I felt hands curl around my waist and massive baby bump, from behind.
"Help me please." Jimin whined. I brushed some paint onto his nose.
"You can do it, I have to paint all the little details!"
"Okay, okay" he said, nuzzling his head into my neck. "Wow, soon I won't be able to fit my little arms around you."
"You calling me fat now?" I joked.
"NO, YOU'RE NOT FAT I- "I bent over in hysterics.
"I was joking, pabo."
"Wow I have a mean wife." He said sadly before smiling at me. He walked over and hugged me tightly. "You're the best wife and mother." I smiled up at him at pecked his lips. Suddenly I heard an odd trickle and my leg felt wet, so I pulled away. A familiar wave of pain hit my stomach and lower region and I felt weak.
