Elizabeth's POV:
I stretch my arms above my head and let out a small yawn.
"Keep it down, I don't want them to find you here." Says a voice and my eyes shoot open.
"Meliodas!" I yell and try to scramble away from him, but am stopped when a burning pain shoots up my side. "Ah!" I yell and flop down onto a pile of soft fluffy pillows. "Where am I?" I ask looking at my surroundings suspiciously.
"My bedroom." He says casually.
"What...!" I try to yell but a soft, warm, hand raps around my mouth, effectively silencing my outburst.
"Shh, be quiet!" He whispers putting his free pointer finger to his soft, luscious lips, wait what? Why am I thinking like that? "If I take my hand away do you promise to keep your voice down?" He says still holding his hand over my mouth. I stare angrily at him and struggle against his grip. "Or we could stay like this for awhile, honestly I'm not to picky." He says with a smirk.
At last I notice the position we're in, Meliodas has me pinned to his bed, with his body resting between my legs, and a hand over my mouth. Anyone who saw us at that moment would probably think we were doing something... Intimate and run from the room. My cheeks heat up at the thought and above me Meliodas gulps. I meet his gaze and nod. He continues to hold me down, as if in a daze, before at least opening his mouth. "Good." He says and releases me.
"What, why am I in you bedroom." I whisper. "And how long have I been here? Why were you holding me down for so long?"
"Because, you were dying. You have been here for three days. And I can do anything I want, I'm a demon." He tells me quietly.
"Why would you help me?" I ask him still keeping my voice down.
"Where's the fun in you dying?"
"I thought demons found it fun to kill and murder others."
"..." He doesn't say anything and instead just looks down at the ground.
"Your despicable."
"Of course, I'm a demon. Now let's go back to sleep." He says and lays down beside me.
I role over and stare at him, before saying. "No, take me back."
"No."
"Yes."
"Just lay down and rest. Your no good if you die."
"Fine, than I guess I'll go find my own way out." I say and rise shakily to my feet.
"Fine, fine. I'll take you." He stands up and a portal opens before him. I see the goddess realm beyond. "Here you go, home sweet home." He says and pushes me through.
Twin golden gaits stand before me and I look up at my home, wondering if I still belong here.
"Goodbye, Elizabeth!" He says cheerily and I turn around just in time to see the portal close, with him on the other side. Goddess, bipolar much? I think and turn back to see people running at me, then everything goes black.
Meliods's POV:
I watch her from the other side of the portal as she looks at her home. I call out to her and she turns around so I can see her dazzling eyes. One blue and the other, though it is covered by her hair, I now knew to be an orangish red with a symbol in the middle. The portal began to close and I gave her one final smirk before she was gone completely, leaving me standing alone in my room.
I turn to my bed, ready to wake Elizabeth up, when I suddenly blush, remembering that I just sent her away. Why does my room feel so empty without her here? I think as I dive back onto my bed. Oh shit, the bedsheets smell like her...
