"hey mom, can i go over by Jack's cousin's house again?"
"Why are you always over there now?"
"Because I have friends there"
"Well I'm glad you're making friends, but you're always over there. And I don't want you to start being like your sister- always going where ever she wants ever since she can drive."
"Mom, I won't be like that!"
"Well we haven't had a weekend altogether as a family in a while. With y/o/s (your older sister- sry if that's not a thing. Also if u don't have an older sister, just make up one) always being gone working and hanging out with friends and her boyfriend she's usually busy all the time. And now you keep leaving to hang out with these new friends of your's. And so now it's just us (mom, dad, younger sister)."
"I'm sorry mom! But please, can I please go tonight?!"
"Why? Where are you all going?"
"Like I said, Jack's cousin's house. And maybe the park or the pool or something."
"Okay, but be back by around 10 or midnight"
"Well... actually... I was thinking more of a sleepover..."
"What? Again? You all had a sleepover last weekend!"
"Yeah, I know. ....so, can I go tonight?"
"Fine! But be good!"
"Thanks!"
"First eat something before you leave k?"
"Yep" I say heading upstairs to pack.
I feel so bad lying to my mom. But she'd never let me go if she knew I was going out to Chicago area without her. Plus, I need to go to at least one party before I leave high school.
I finish getting packed and get dressed:
-maroon t-shirt
-jean shorts
-black vans (as shown in the part before)

I grab my bag and go.

I walk up to the front door and it opens to Finn.
"Hey, so when are we go-" I say but get interrupted by Finn pulling me in the doorway and shutting the door, pushing me against the wall, kissing me.
I pull away- "woah, what's with you?"
"What do you mean?"
"I don't you're acting weird."
"No. Nothing's wrong" he says kissing me again.
I hear footsteps walking towards the room we're in and I pull away, getting my phone out, fiddling with whatever's on it, trying to look normal.
I look up from my phone- "oh heyy!" I say waving at Noah.
"Hey, you ready to go?" He says
"Um, I don't know. Am I?"
"You have everything. You know pajamas, your party clothes and then an extra set just in case"
"Yep!"
"Ok then, you're ready!"
"Yay, when do we get to leave?"
"Umm, once everyone's ready"
"Ok" I leave to meet up with the girls upstairs and help them all pack and then we head off.
We drive in 2 separate cars to a bus station a couple cities away and get on a bus there to Chicago.

We fill up by getting partners so Caleb and Chosen sit down first, then Sadie and Millie in front of them, Gaten and Jeremy together in front of them. And then across from them Jack and Finn sit together, me and Sophia sit behind them, and Jaeden and Wyatt sit behind us, and then Noah sits by himself because it's uneven.
"Awe, Noah! Do you want me to sit with you?" I say, feeling bad for him cause I feel like he always gets left out since he's youngest.
"No I'm good. It's fine- just me and my phone" he says looking up at me fake smiling.
"Okay, I'll come over by you later k?!" I whisper so Sophia won't know. She always falls asleep easily so I wouldn't doubt it if she fell asleep on the bus today. "Ok, sounds good" he says actually smiling.
Time Skip:
It's been about 1 hour on the bus already. And Sophia's asleep. Actually most everyone is asleep. It's rainy out so far this morning so it's really dark out, like literally really dark I think it might thunder really bad soon. I look back at Noah who's sleeping. I look around, everyone's sleeping. I put in earbuds and listen to a playlist, looking out the window while watching dark clouds roll in and thunder bolts shoot at the ground in the distance. YES! I FRICKIN LOVVVVE STORMS! A thunder bolt strikes from above the bus, waking up everyone. They all just open their eyes for a moment and then drift off to sleep again, except Jaeden. Ughhhh. NOOOO! I kinda enjoyed some peace for a while!
"Hey, you're awake?" He says
"Yeah, what does it look like?!" I say. I've always been kinda cocky with him and I don't know why. I guess sometimes I kinda hate him. He makes this one really annoying face. And... and... I JUST WANT TO PUNCH IT! And he's cocky with me so I just sort of return the favor.
"Oh I was just gonna say. You should probably get some sleep cause tonight's gonna be wild."
"What?! What do you mean?!??!"
"Oh my god. Have you ever been to a party?"
"Haha. Ummm. No."
"Of course."
"Oh shut up and go to bed!"
"Whatever. I don't want to hear you're voice."
"Oh my god." Just shut the fuck up!!
I continue listening to music and watching more and more thunder strike through the sky. And eventually- drift to sleep.
