Ireland ~
March 3rd, probably the worst day of my life, was today. I was going to make this day amazing by seeing him again.
I stared around the room of my dark green bedroom, "Why'd you take him away?" I whimpered sadly and started thinking of Kayden's step-mother.
Buzz.
"Chloe" by Emblem3 rang through my ears as I recieved a text, 'I wonder who texted me...' I joked in my mind, only my mum texts me. I stopped talking to people a month after Kayden left.
'Have a safe flight and tell Kayden I miss him. xxx -Mom + Dad' I smiled and texted her back, 'Will do. I'll make sure he knows you're still planning our wedding. I love you'.
When I was younger, Kayden and I did everything together, he would braid my hair and played wedding with me whenever I saw my dad and mom holding hands. Eventually, my parents and his dad would joke around how we would get married and have a billion children. To this day, I still believed it would happen.
After replying to a few more texts from my parents, I got up to change and shower. I put on [www.polyvore.com/ireland_flight/s... ] and carried my awkwardly heavy bags out into the the truck my father got me last year.
"I'd say bye to Ireland, but that would be saying bye to me... Plus, I'll be back sooner or later" I pat the cement on my driveway and started driving to the airport.
Buzz.
This time, Hell Above by Pierce the Veil started playing and it was call this time around, "Yellow?" I asked giggling, "Hey Purple, what's up hun?" Dylan was on the other side of the line, every time we talked, we called each other a different color.
"Driving to the airport" I said with nerves coming to the surface and my stomach filled with butterflies. "What? You're leaving the beautiful place called Ireland?" Dylan's high voice was shocked, "Where you going, Butterfly?" He asked.
"America" I responded and started hauling my bags towards the luggage area so it could board the plan. "Ooh! Where?" Dylan was probably my one and only friend I had left, but he was amazing.
I bit my lower lip and sat in a seat closest to the tunnel I had to go through, "Uh, I think it was called Savannah, in Georgia" I heard Dylan laugh about how I pronounced everything. "Wait... That's where I live! Oh-em-gee, we're meant to be together forever!"
"Yes cause I planned on marrying a gay man and having his children" I joked back and I heard him shutter after I said that.
His line made some shuffling noises and then his voice came back slightly softer, "I have to get back to class, meet me outside of Savannah Arts Academy, Google the address if you need it."
The line went silent just in time because I heard my flight being called.
"Here I come, Kayden" I whispered and got onto the plane.
