"You can stay if you want," I said as I washed the dishes. Laxus leaned against the corner, drying than before placing them on the rack.
"What do you mean?" He asked looked at me quizzically. I turned off the water and dried my hands.
"I mean you have nowhere to stay, so why don't you stay here?" I asked handing him the towel. He thanks me then answers.
"You don't want me here." He muttered to himself. I turned and looked at him.
"You do realize that no matter your answer you're staying here right?" I asked and he sighed nodding his head.
"Good! Now, do you have any other clothes?"
~~~
I stood in front of the large house. It was quite nice and must be better on the inside. Laxus gripped the handle of my door tightly. I placed my hand on his shoulder
"Hey, it's okay. Just get in grab your shit and we can go. Okay?" He nodded and opened the door, hesitantly walking towards the front door.
He opened the door with a key and walked in.
Now we wait.
The car was filled with silence, not awkward. It was comfortable, relaxing. Laxus' clothes pilled in the back of my car. He had more stuff then me I swear.
Whan reached home, we began to unload and put the items in his new room. I replaced the sheets and made the bed while he sorted everything the way he liked.
"Thank you for this, all of this." I smiled warmly.
"No problem Laxus." I finished off the last corner of the bed before getting up and looking at my work. We had done nicely.
I looked down at my phone and looked at the time. It was 9:45.
"Alright Laxus I'm gonna take a shower you can go in after me. It's a school night, so go to bed after okay?" He rolled his eyes and looked at me.
"Yes, mom." I laughed a bit and walked out going to the bathroom to clean up.
