Chapter 2- Whats next?? Fairy Dust?

Thank you janalowe for the feedback I really appreciate it and be sure to read her book Vampire Night. :) Here's my idea for chapter two. :)

I woke up with a sudden gasp, I couldn't see anything, I mean nothing at all. Nothing but darkness. Had I really been asleep for that long? My brothers were both sound asleep and snoring, I could hear them.

After what seemed like an hour but was really only a minute or two, I got my sight back, but I had a massive headache. But that was not even close to the worst part of my day.

I sighed and went to the bathroom, I looked through the shiny white cabinets and soon enough I found some Asprin. I took two and drank them down with some water. Then I went back to sleep.

I woke up, my brothers were already gone, they were always up early, but not me, I hated mornings, with a capitol H-A-T-E-D. I got up took a very quick shower then put on a pair of jeans, a T-shirt and some fuzzy slippers.

I went downstairs and grabbed some breakfast, just some toast and jam. Then I remembered today was Monday, Dammit, no wonder my brothers were already up. I rushed upstairs and put on normal shoes then combed my hair and grabbed my backpack and litterally ran out the door to my car.

I got to school right when the warning bell rang, thank god. I ran into the school and grabbed my books.

I entered the classroom and sat down, not without getting a glare from the teacher for almost being late. I sat down in the empty seat near the back and I doodled until the bell rang and class started. We learned something about Africa and Slavery, but my mind kept dozing off to my mother and that dream I had, It scared me a little bit, also about my dad reading my mind the other day....

 I walked to my locker and got out my books for last period, my day has been good for being the new kid, I met this girl named Nicky and this guy named Jacob.

Jacob was pretty tall and really fit for only being his age, he had short black hair, and shining golden eyes, they were so beautiful and exotic.

Nicky was short and had long curly blonde hair, she had large blue eyes, like my brothers, she also had small freckles around her eyes and nose. She was really pretty and I was surprised that no guys have asked her out before.

When I closed my locker, Jacob was standing right there behind the door. He made me jump.

"Made you jump didn't I?" He said in a cocky voice and a smirk on his face.

"Yea kind of." I said as I blushed a bright pink.

"Lets get to class." He said as he pulled me close and linked arms with me.

I felt tingles go up and down my whole body, it was weird, a lot of weird things have been happening lately.

First, my dad and the mind thing

Then, the dream

Thirdly, there was a fight at lunch and I swear one of the girls had fangs growing out when she yelled.

Fourth, During 7th period, a bat came into the classroom then just magically dissapeared

Fifth, the tingles I just felt when I touched Jacob.

This school and day was getting as weird as they come....
