When I woke up, Daryl was driving the ambulance. The pain in my shoulder was reduced to a steady throb thanks to the pain medication I was assuming I was on.

I groaned as I sat up, pulling on my shoulder. "What happened?" I asked, sitting in the passenger seat and winced.

Daryl handed me a bottle of water. "Andrea went crazy, stabbed you with your knife." He said. In front of us was the RV and my Jeep.

I chugged a bit of water and sat back in my seat. "Who patched me up?" I asked, looking at my stitches. They were solid stitches.

"Carol did most of it, I did the stitches." He said, turning on the radio. I took it as a queue he was done talking.

I had another question, though. Where were we going? I bit my tongue and stared out the window at the moving trees.

Daryl tapped his fingers on the wheel. It was nice to be sitting in comfortable silence with him. It was the same as sitting with Tessa, he didn't expect me to say anything.

So we sat in silence for a couple hours until I got up and moved to the back to clean up. I decided to fill out some charting information I had on everyone for things like blood donations and medical history. If I had anything on anyone I filled it out, if I didn't I wrote their name and put them in a pile.

"We're here." Daryl said as the convoy began to slow down. I climbed up front and looked out the windows.

I furrowed my eyebrows, "Where is here?" I asked.

Daryl shrugged and opened his door. "C'mon. Stick close to us." He ordered, moving next to Merle and Tessa.

I loaded my gun, but I could barely use my arm.

We stood in front of a gated community, the walls were still in tact, but the gates were wide open. I nodded to Rick. "This could work." I said quietly.

Tessa wrapped her arms around my waist as we hung back. Rick and the others began clearing the front of departed. I looked down at Tessa's mess of blonde hair. "How have you been?" I asked.

Tessa shrugged and let go of me. "I've been okay. It freaked me out, when you cut off that girl's arm." She admitted.

I nodded and stared ahead. "I'm sorry. It needed to be done." I said quietly.

She put her hand on my back. "You did the best you could. Everyone knows that." She comforted me.

I glanced over at the RV, where Andrea and Shane were guarding the kids. "Not everyone." I answered her.

Dead bodies were scattered everywhere, we stepped over them as fast as we could go. Merle stayed close to me and kept his weapon raised.

We couldn't get into any of the houses. They had heavy doors that were sealed tight, and walkers were starting to surround the community. The gates wouldn't close.

I held onto Carl and Sophia's hands tightly, keeping them close to me. Daryl and Merle were killing the departed as quickly as they could while the rest of the group tried their hardest to get into he biggest house. "You led us into graveyard!" Daryl yelled, pointing his finger at Dale.
