There's a lot of things in this world that people understands. There are also tons of things they believe they are aware of. It was for the sole purpose of feeling safe. Some believes that ghost and monsters don't exist just to calm their nerves, but they perfectly know deep within them that those strange forces of nature are there, just waiting in the deepest and darkest corners of the world they live in.

Fear ; an unpleasant emotion excited by danger and pain. To them it is the ugliest form of emotion but for those creatures, Fear is one of the loveliest thing they had layed their eyes on. Fear may cause harm but sometimes it can be the start of something you less expected it to be.

••••••••••••

His breathing was ragged as he resumed to run through the seemingly abandoned dark alley. He don't know where to go or who to call. He has already contacted the police but they didn't believed him. All of his friends and family are Dead.

Killed and slaughtered right before his very eyes by something he isn't really certain of. People called him crazy.

They didn't believe him.

Nobody's going to protect him.

Now that monster is coming at him.

Taptaptaptaptaptaptap

His footsteps echoed throughout the alley as he kept on running. He swallowed the lump on his throat as he made a quick turn on his left only for him to meet a dead end. He shivered and turned his back on the wall, checking if someone or something was following him. Though he didn't felt anything while he was running, he couldn't really let his guard down. He pulled the gun on his pocket and pointed the said weapon through north. The moon was strangely bright that night illuminating almost everything in sight.

Silence.

No sound could be heard except for his uneven breathing.

Tap.

He heard a footstep.

tap tap.

There it goes again and it seemed to be going at his direction.

"W-who g-goes there?! S-show yourself or I'll s-shoot you!" He threatened.

Silence.

the footsteps seemed to stopped it's track.

But the feeling of not being alone loomed on his system, he knew it's there, just lurking on those shadows waiting for him to put his guard down. Or was it? What if his imagination was just playing at him. What if that monster really just left him alone and get on with its life? He slowly put his gun down and rested his back on the wall. He breath slowly. He thought of his friends, his family, his girlfriend.

Those happy memories that they shared together.

The laughters and the kisses.

What did he do to deserve all of these.

Warm tears started to pool on his eyes as questions flooded his mind. What do he do now? What kind of life will he face?

"God please.." He pleaded. "Why?"

He sobbed and burried his face on his hand dropping his gun in the process.

"Why?"

A voice mirrored his word which was followed by a malignant chuckle. His breath hicked and all of his blood seemed to left his face.

There stood under the moonlight the very monster he was running away from. Though on first glance it appears to be a normal male human being around it's teens it is capable of doing something a normal human can't. It's blood red hair and heterochromatic eyes was the image he couldn't erase on his mind. On how it took its victims down. How it skinned them alive as he was tied on a chair. How it laughed horrendously with the sound of the screaming.

It was pure evil.

"S-stand back!" He ordered as he took ahold of his gun on the cold ground. He pointed it on the monster only to find it out of sight.

SLASH.

Everything happened so fast , on one second his arm which was holding the gun was still intact , then now blood was violently spurting out from his cut arm.

He screamed as the pain started to register on his system.

It hurts.

His mind screamed.

He fell on his knees and cried. His persecutor squatted in front of him with it's katana on its hand. Fresh blood dripping on the said weapon's blade. It tilted it's head and observed him.

"Does it hurts?" It asked.

He sobbed.

"Ahh ~ What am I sayin? Of course it hurts! ALL wounds hurts!" It exclaimed before laughing maniacally. Without any warning It stabbed him on the leg, making the poor man scream due to the extreme pain that shot out on his whole system. It pulled the weapon and stabbed him again.

stab stab stab.

Blood spurting from the wound to the monster's face. It's malignant smile growing wider and wider with each scream. It's canine now visible. It's heterochromstic eyes seemed to sparkle with the man's suffering.

It stopped when the man was now lying half alive on the ground. His eyes slowly lossing it's light.

"God.. please.. help.." He said between forced breathing. He was still hoping to be saved. He was still hoping for a miracle.

but all of that dissipated when the monster spoke.

"God?" It asked. "I am God."

SLASH.
