3 days have passed, no sign of Saki.  Keith is coming over to my house today, hopefully together we'll be able to figure something out.

I laid on the couch, scrolling through my phone, my feet hanging off of the opposite arm rest.  Then suddenly,  'Ding dong!'  "Keith!!!" I shouted and ran for the door.  "Hey Keith!"

"Woah there tiger, you sure do seem excited to see me," He said.

"Heh heh, yeah I guess so," I said, scratching the back of my neck.

     "So any sign of Saki?"

I shook my head sorrowfully, "No sign at all, do you think anything could've happened to her?"

"Hm maybe..." Keith remarked wistfully.  "She normally doesn't take this long... she flies twice as fast as any normal bird.. and no predator could take her down, I know that for a fact."

     "So what you're saying..."

He nodded, "This could have something to do with that wizard."

I looked down, "Well that's just great isn't it?..."

He sighed, "We should probably go looking for her... you know just in case."

I twirled my hair around my fingers nervously, frowning.  "Yeah... although if we're going into the mountains we'll need hiking gear, I think there's a sports shop nearby, that should have what we need."

"Okay let's go," he said and we got into my car and drove to the sports shop, got the hiking gear and started into the mountains.

"I saw her go roughly this way," I said as I motioned towards a big mountain, although a path could be seen going about halfway up.

"... let's just hope she didn't go too far up into the mountain.... otherwise we're going to die..." Keith said nervously.

"ah-... let's just get going,"  We walked along the path, leaving footprints in the soft soil.

A few minutes later I sat by a tree, "I'm tired..." I panted, a strand of hair repeatedly falling into my face no matter how many times I put it behind my ear.

"Oh come on Alli, you can't be tired yet!  We need to find Saki!!!"

I glared, "You know I hate that nickname Mr., but you're right... we need to get going."

     "Alright ma'am," he teased.

I rolled my eyes, "Let's just get going bird brain."

"Fine, fine,"  He continued walking, me not far behind him.

About 10 minutes later we passed by an opening to a cave, something I would've left alone if I hadn't heard it... a roar of a dragon... I'd recognize that roar anywhere... that was Peyton's roar....
