Teach me how to be a wife
His wife in particular
How am I supposed to love?
How am I supposed to trust?
How am I supposed to help him in everything he needs my help in?
I know he's my husband, Lord
I don't want to treat him like some guy from my past
He deserves my best

Everything I have to give
Show me, Lord
Because this man is someone I don't want to fail
I have the desire to please him in any way I can

I love him I do, but love is more than just what you say
So Father work on my attitude, help me to be more loving, patient and forgiving
