" YOU'RE NOT GONNA LEAVE ME. "
Blackness coated the once beaming blue sky, indicating that night has settled on the delinquents. Most delinquents resigned to the comfort of there tent, and the uneasiness of nightmares that haunt them, while Sage and Wells took it upon themselves to patrol the outer perimeter of the camp.
The ground that was cloaked with autumn leaves crunch against there boots as Sage explains the previous events from earlier in the day. Well's and Sage grew a friendship being on the ground, both scared of what is yet to come and both happy that there free from there parents control. The sound of water trickling captivated Sage from afar, she turned to Wells.
"I'm just going to get a drink, I'll be back," Sage stated knowing that the creek wasn't far away. After a couple of minutes of travelling to the creek, it finally came into view. The beautiful creek was surrounded by small pebbles, plants, and tall tree's that towered over the serenity. Sage generously drank from the peaceful creek, splashing her face and scrubbing away the dirt and sweat that painted her skin for days.
Once finished, Sage began to hike back to where Wells was, continuing patrol the outer edges of the camp. As Sage finally arrived at her destination, a fallen figure caught her attention.

A pair of arms snaked around her waist tugging her away from the helpless body, causing more sobs to erupt from her throat. She struggled against the person tugging her away,
"Get off of me, I need to do something!" Sage screamed, with tears streaming down her tan complexion, still struggling out of the person's grip, punching them in the arms till her knuckles we're nothing but raw and red.
"Just calm down," The person mumbled in her ear, however she didn't listen as her deep brown eyes still stayed planted on the scene in front of her. He was gone, just another soul with a useless heart, all that left was his body, a remembrance of what use to be held in it. The strong pair of arms tugged her further enough to be away from the chaotic scene in front of her, now her sobs and pleads to try and save her friend, was nothing small cries as she let the person drag her away.
