A tiny piece of flesh that had fallen off of Shin Gojira that was soon found by android 21. Once she saw the flesh and regenerated into a new creature, she tried to inject the DNA of cell into it. But accidently injected the cells of many other beings into it as well. It mutated and started to attack her. But she over powered it and manged to contain it. But it would soon start to grown over the years until it reached 200 meters and burst free.
Status: still alive.
Powers and Abilities: High Intelligence, all the abilities of Shin Gojira, Frieza, Cell, Buu, Broly and Zamasu, Extreme Regeneration, adaptability, can fair atomic beam out of his mouths and all the spikes and claws in his body especially from his tails.
He cannot be controlled or possessed by any mortal or godly beings.
(Basically meaning he cannot be controlled by anything. Especially any of the Ikaras).
He is an abomination even far worse than that of SCP-682.
