Rexy's True Name

A/N: so everyone remembers rexy, who's become the most recognized and loved dinosaur in the entire franchise.

Now most of us know that rexy was a name given to the tyrannosaurus of Jurassic park and world since in the novel, she was given the nick name rexy multiple times. But what if I told you guys that in the films, rexy was actually intended to be given a name before the name of rexy was made. You see, in Phil Tippett's storyboards for the first film, her name was intended to be Roberta.
Evidence is shown in a small storyboard which shows the rex moving and the words "roberta plunges" is shown.

So yep. It seems rexy was interned to be Roberta.

And if you go onto the Jurassic World wiki, you'll see that the page for rexy had changed and another page for Roberta where the information for the films of what rexy did is placed in that page.

But Despite Roberta most likely being Rexy's true name, Would you still call her rexy or would you start calling her Roberta. Tell me in the comments what you think.
