Bellatrix's PoV
I stared at the daily prophet, not believing my eyes. A marraige law? I looked up in time to see a dementor with the mail. It gave me a letter. I looked at it, confused. I never got mail. Who could this be? I opened the letter and read it.
Dear Mum,
I believe you saw the daily prophet today, if not, a law has been passed. It's called the marraige law. It pairs you with your soulmate. Mine is Loony Lovegood, unfortunately. Cousin Draco got put with the mudblood, Hermione Granger. Tell me what you think? Hope to see you soon!

I looked at the letter. My daughter, paired with a girl? And a Lovegood at that! At least she's a Pureblood. But my Draco, paired with a mudblood?! This is outrageous. I have to stop it. I looked around, making sure the dementors weren't around, before writing on the back. After I finished, the letter disappeared and reappeared on Celestia's bed, I think. I smirked knowing I was going to get what I wanted, and nobody would stop me, least of all a mudblood. I smirked as I went back to my bed, falling asleep once again.
Celestia's PoV
I got up and walked to my dresser. Luna was still asleep. I looked at her and smiled. I then picked the letter up off of my desk. I opened it and read the new writing that had appeared there.
Dear daughter,
Yes, I did see the new law. It's outrageous. I promise I will get out. In the mean time, contact a friend who will help you, and make sure Draco and Granger DON'T fall in love.

I looked over my shoulder. I smirked. Luna would never figure it out. I actually love her. I sighed as I watched her stir, then went to the bathroom to shower and change. I wonder if he would help me. I finished up in the bathroom and went to the common room. Luna was there and was waiting.
"Hey Lune. How'd you sleep?" I asked confidently.
"Great, thanks." Luna said. She looked at me questioningly. I sighed.
"Follow me." I said. She nodded and we sat on her bed.
"What is it?" She asked.
"Luna, I've finally figured out why you're my soulmate. Your loving, kind, good at keeping secrets, and brutally honest." I said. She nodded for me to go on.
"Luna, only one thing can express my feelings toward you." I said. She looked at me questions. I couldn't take it. I kissed her full on the lips. To my surprise, she kissed back. I pulled away. She looked at me, then touched her lips. I blushed a brighter red than Ginny's hair.
"Celestia? Do you love me?" She asked. I nodded. We sat in silence as what I said and did sunk in. To my surprise, she touched my chin to make me look at her, then kissed me. We stayed like that, kissing, until there was a knock on the door and a cough. I blushed again as I realized I had left the door open.
Ginny wolf-whistled and Ron was blushing as well. Hermione and Lavender were squealing. Pansy came over to us.
"You two are perfect for each other! No wonder you're soulmates. I'm just surprised you two worked out your feelings so quickly." She said, then she smirked. Luna was starting to blush now. Draco was howling with laughter.
"They're blushing redder than Weaslette's hair!" He said.
"Um. . . Can you leave us alone?" I said. "We have some stuff to discuss." I said. They nodded. Pansy headed out, closing the door behind her.
"Now, where were we?" I asked. She giggled as I magically locked the door and continued to kiss her.
Hermione's PoV
"They are perfect for each other." Ginny said. They couldn't hear anything. I threw stuff at in and tested it.
"Locking charms, impertabable charm, silencing charms. Celestia really doesn't want us to hear them, does she?" I asked. Draco and Blaise looked at each other.
"What is it you think they're doing?" Pansy asked, knowing exactly what was going through their minds.
"Well maybe they're," Draco raised his eyebrows suggestively.
"Exactly what I think," Pansy said.
"Well, who cares? Their room, their love life. It doesn't matter what we think, as long as they're happy." Ginny said, grabbing Blaise's hand. I nodded. We went down to breakfast and waited for the other 3.
Theo came down and asked what everyone was talking about. They told him and he put his finger in his mouth. Five minutes later, Celestia and Luna came down. Celestia's hair was put up in a messy ponytail and a few of Luna looked out of place. They didn't say anything about the couple of visible red spots on her neck. Draco and Blaise smirked at each other.
"What's for breakfast?" Celestia asked.
"*Cough**cough* Luna *cough**cough" Draco said.
"Huh?" Celestia asked.
"Cereal." Draco said.
"Oh. Okay." Celestia said. Luna gave him a death glare. Celestia ate quickly.
"I'll see you guys in class. I need to talk to someone." Celestia said. She quickly kissed Luna on the cheek and went out of the great Hall.
"I wonder who she's talking to?" I asked. Everyone shrugged as they continued to eat.
