Chapter 2

Lydia's point of view
We weren't on the plane for very long , but, each second felt like minutes , the thing I was most scared of , the thing that stood out from all the other reasons, was a new high school and attempted making new friends.

"Grab your suitcase Lydia the taxi is outside" my mom yelled frantically , or at least that's what I think she said , My mind and body were acting as if they weren't connected , my brain was spinning with all the things that could go wrong on Monday morning , but my body was acting as if everything was fine. " okay mom , I got it " I tried to reply with a smile but it came out more of a grimace. When we finally got to the taxi my feelings turned to curiosity , I had only seen the house on pictures, it was obvious it was better then our old house , but it wasn't the look of things that usually pulled me in , I'm more of a memory type of person , hold on the past and relive it ? Some shit like that.

The taxi pulled up in front of a sandy orange beautiful house , my breath caught in my throat as I looked behind me , I saw something even more beautiful start walking over in my direction, I tried to force my eyes away from the boy walking over to me, but it was as if they were glued into place "hey I'm Ethan , Ethan Dolan " fuck me your attractive  I suddenly forgot what the English language was I just stood there staring like a phyco , I tried to cough act like I had something stuck in my throat and I wasn't just weird , but really he was so good looking I felt like some famous chick just being in his presence" hey.. I umm.. nice to meet you Ethan , Im Lydia-rose Mary , you can umm.. just call me Lydia if you want" I shifted awkwardly on my feet , I knew I'd ruined this whole thing for fuck sake Lydia your such a friken spoon , he's probably gonna run away now my subconscious was screaming at me , but instead of running away he smiled even bigger "your names beautiful " even his voice was angelic, I felt as if I was dreaming , there's no possible way there's someone this stunning walking around on the earth "hey so , guess were neighbours , I live over there " I followed to we're his finger was pointing and I gasped, I wasn't gasping because of the house , I was gasping because there wasn't just one stunning guy living across the road from me but two of them "is that.. are you a .." I tried my best to put the words right, but each sentence I thought in my head sounded like I was dumb "twins ? Yeah that's my twin brother Grayson " he answered for me , I assumed he got asked it a lot " woah cool , I've always wanted to be a twin " I replied with a sudden ounce of confidence calm down Lydia god don't wanna scare the guy " yeah , well I mean it is pretty cool , me and Grayson are best friends , he's probably the coolest brother in the whole of America "  I was the one to smile then , he was so darn cute and when he was talking about someone with the exact same amount of cuteness it was just hard not to smile, and i guess I was the luckiest girl in the whole of America because I lived across the friken street from two models who both look like they just stepped out of a vogue magazine.

Ethan's point of view
I saw the yellow taxi pull up in front of the house across the street , I'd been curious since I saw the 'sold' sign to who was moving in, a middle aged man stepped out of the taxi and tipped the driver , he seemed nice enough , next was a pretty middle aged woman with dark brown hair , I didn't really know if I wanted to introduce my self just yet , best to wait till there settled in , they'd probably be really tired anyway , that's when a beautiful girl stepped out of the taxi , admiring her new home , she had short brown hair , the exact same shade as the middle aged woman , that must be her mother , she was petite with a small height , probably 5'3 , I stood there for a few minutes admiring her , and before I even realised what I was doing I was walking towards her , she turned to face me and looked surprised , I don't really blame her , I probably looked like a creep walking up to her but I couldn't stop my self now " hey I'm Ethan , Ethan Dolan" I scanned her face whilst she scanned mine , she really was beautiful, it was natural beauty, the type of beauty everyone would notice , but her. " she suddenly fake coughed and a smile fought at my lips " hey ..I umm .. nice to meet you Ethan, I'm Lydia -rose  Mary , you can umm... just call me Lydia if you want" her voice was like singing in my ears , one of my new favourite sounds " your names beautiful " I felt a blush rise on my cheeks matching hers , her name really was beautiful just like her it really did suit her , I didn't want to stop the conversation with her I wanted to hear her voice again so I said the first thing that sprung into my brain  " so hey , guess were neighbours, I live over there " I pointed towards my house and I watched her as she followed my finger , she suddenly gasped, I looked over to find Grayson in the yard , I suddenly understood the gasp , I could see the question forming in her head " is that... are you a .." I stopped her I knew she was trying to not state the obvious " a twin? Yeah that's my twin brother Grayson" I smiled at her and I watched her suddenly lighten up , it's amazing what being a twin can do " woah cool , I've always wanted to be a twin " she replied with a smile of her own , damn , that smile could heal a sick man " yeah well I mean it is pretty cool ,me and Grayson are best friends , he's probably the best brother in the whole of America " she smiled again and I just couldn't help but stare , she really was stunning , she was like the only angel to ever walk the earth , and I needed to find out more about her. " hey , do you umm.. think I could .. like get your number .. or some.. something ?" Now it was my turn to be nervous , but she just smiled " sure" she dug her tiny hand into her pocket and pulled out her phone , " here " she passed it over to me and I exchanged the numbers " having a sudden feeling like I was gonna rub this in Grayson's face later " thanks , I'll catch you around , Lydia ?" I asked really hoping she'd say yes " sure , I'd love too" we both smiled and I turned to walk away , feeling invincible.
