Tessa's POV
He l-loves me? That's why he was avoiding me? Everything startes to make sense!
He's been avoiding me ever since the "wedding" because he must have been hurt.
Damn, I really messed up...
I must admit that that I've had a crush on him when the twins joined Team 10, but it all kind of went away when "chessa" became a thing.
He must have been really hurt this whole time.
I really don't know what to do.
I was so distracted with my thoughts because I forgot that I was still standing in front of his door, the door suddenly opened revealing Ivan with Emilio right behind him.
When he saw me he instantly turned pale.
"T-Tessa, h-how much have you heard?" He stuttered nervously while scratching the back of his neck.
"I heard exactly what you said, w-why didn't you tell me?" I asked gently.
"I-I knew you don't feel the same way so I didn't want to ruin our friendship, I-I mean friends is what we will forever be and I guess I have to get used to it. I didn't want to betray my best friend either, so you can pretend that this never happened if you want, and that you didn't hear anything." He said looking down.
I didn't know how to respond, I needed a lot of time to think.
"I-I have to go, I'm sorry." I said as I quickly stormed out of the door.
