Unexpected Meeting

Description: Joy is a simple girl who wants to live peacefully but her life is turned upside down by her high school and college bully Do Kyungsoo. After college she and Kyungsoo went to their different ways but fate is cruel so after Joy becomes a doctor she again meets Kyungsoo. But it is different. They are not in school. Instead they are inside a hospital and their seniors, asking them to wprk together. What will happen? Will they work together? Or not?

Author's (POV)

Joy look around as she walk inside her college. She was looking out for her bully Do Kyungsoo. Do Kyungsoo was the top student of the college and also rich. But he was a cold, scary and a bully. He has been bullying her since high school and she was getting sick. All he wanted was to live in peace. Was that too much to ask? Well it seems to be too much. She fortunately didn't saw Kyungsoo and started walking towards her class when someone held her wrist preventing her from walking. Her breath hitch knowing who had caught her without even looking. It was definitely Kyungsoo. She turned around and it indeed was Kyungsoo who hadocaught her. "Where do you think you are going? Avoiding me, huh?" Kyungsoo sneered. "N-no." She said, stuttering. "Then what?" Kyungsoo asked. His tone was scary. Joy stayed quiet. "You are such a useless girl." Kyungsoo said. She felt tears in her eyes. "Get away now. I don't want to see a cry baby like you." Kyungsoo said. She swore that Kyungsoo's voice cracked a little at the end. She felt her tears roll down as she turned around and walked to her class.

Kyungsoo stayed behind looking at her retreating figure. God he hated himself. "Bro why are you bullying her when you love her?" Chanyeol, one of Kyungsoo's friend asked. "I don't know Chan." He said sighing. He really loved Joy but here he is bullying her. "She will hate you if you keep bullying her." Jongin also known as Kai, his another friend said. "I know. I just don't know why I keep bullying her." Kyungsoo said with a sigh. "You better change your way of treating her." Baekhyun said walking towards them with her girlfriend Taeyeon. Sometimes Kyungsoo envies the relationship between Baekhyun and Taeyeon. If only he and Joy could be like them then he would be so happy. But no he just had to act like a fool bullying her everyday. He wanted to beat himself up so much for hurting the one he loves.

Joy went to her class crying. Others look at her weirdly but didn't say anything. Her classes went well but Kyungsoo still bullied her in the lunch time. She had went to the girl's tolet and cried her heart out. "Am I unloveable?" She cried asking herself. After she was done crying she went back to her class as if nothing happened. It was now the last period. The bell rang signalling the students that school has ended and it was time to go home. Joy put all her things in her school back and went out of her class along with some other students of the school. As she was walking out of the school she was once again confronted by Kyungsoo. "Don't come to school tomorrow? You useless piece of shit. I don't even want to see your face again. Just transfer to another school." Kyungsoo said and it was the last stroke before Joy broke down crying. "Okay. I-I will get away. Go away a-as far as I-I can get. I ha-hate you D-Do Kyjngsoo. I h-hope we never meet again in the f-future." She said while crying.

Seeing her tears broke Kyungsoo. He wanted to tell her that she wasn't useless. Tell her not to go. And lastly tell her not to hate him. But his pride didn't let him. "Then go. It's not like I care." He said. Joy turned around and walked away crying. "Bro you are so heartless." Chanyeol stated. 'Maybe I am.' He thought to himself. He just hope joy would not go away for real. He can't live properly without seeing her once for everyday. He hope Joy would come to school tomorrow.

The next day...

Kyungsoo felt like he might die when he realized that Joy didn't came to school. He went to Joy's home room teacher and asked him about what happened to Joy. "Ahh joy. Her mother called me yesterday sayin that she will no longer attend our school and is transferring to another school in America." The home room teacher said. Kyungsoo's heart break into pieces as his mind registered the words the teacher has said. He hated himself so much now. 'Did I hurt her so much' he asked himself. 'Yes you did idiot.' His heart said. He went back to his friends on the verge of crying but he didn't cry. Again his pride didn't cry before others.

'I should just move on. And work hard to be a doctor as me and my parents want.' He thought to himself but he couldn't help but think about Joy. He hope she was fine and happy. But his heart knew that Joy isn't fine and is not happy at all after the things he had done to her. He felt like a monster for hurting such a innocent girl like Joy. He regretted his actions. 'If only I could turn back the time, if I could turn back my heart would be different now. I am sorry I didn't treat you right. I regret everything.' He thought to himself as he sighed again and again.
