Chapter 23

*2 months later (next magcon).

Megan's POV

Today is the day I get to see all the boys. We haven't saw them in 2 months. Landon isn't to well. She is depressed and she won't even talk. She barely even eats. We try to get her to go places with us but she wants to sit in her room alone. Hopefully magcon will make her happier.

Matts POV.

I walked into Landon's room. She was just laying there staring at her phone. " it's time to leave" I sung jumping on her. She groaned. I helped her up and walked her to the car. I made her sit beside Payton because I knew Payton would cheer her up. She always cheers people up. Even me.

I climbed into the passenger seat next to Megan. Cameron, Payton and landon sat in the back. They were telling Landon funny stories and she actually laughed a little. I turned around to face the front. I pulled the top down since it was a convertible and turned the radio up. I looked over at Megan and saw a gorgeous girl that I'm proud to call mine. She's like my sunshine on a rainy day. My encouragement. I've learned to overlook the little things that annoy me and look at the things that make her so special. She's the kind of person that Landon needs. Someone to make her look forward to seeing everyday. Someone who brightens her day. Someone who cares.

Taylor's POV

I slowly packed my bags. I wasn't ready to see her. I tried to tell myself I loved someone else but I can't. I can't lie to myself. I slowly feel my world going under. It's like I'm stuck in a nightmare that only true love can end. I've never loved someone so much. I've never felt this heartbroken. I look through all of our pictures and think of all the memories I had with her and now it's the end of our journey.

I walked over to the limo parked outside. I stepped inside and my eyes instantly found her. She saw me and turned around. The girl I want the most is slipping away from me.

Landon's POV

Once we got to the hotel I hurried into my room. I wanted to see Taylor so bad but I can't. I messed up. I broke his heart and now I have to pay. After everybody was settled In their rooms there was a knock at the door. I opened it and there was a letter. I picked it up and read it.

Landon,

I'm not good at writing notes but I just want to say I love you. No matter what you do to me I can not get over you. You make my life 100x better. I understand that you moved on. I'd rather you be happy then force you to be with me. You deserve someone like him. You way to good for me. After all the things I've done in life I don't even deserve to live. You will always be my princess. If you were just some girl I wouldn't be writing this right now. I would probably be at some club hooking up with a girl. But you.. Your different. Your special. No one has ever made me feel this way before. The first day I saw you I instantly fell in love and for you to have hated me so much it's crazy how far we've got. But everything comes to and end and I guess our adventure ends here.

By the time I was done reading I was crying. He thinks I've moved on. I haven't. I still love him. I always will.

Taylor's POV

I rolled over and looked at the clock. 8:00am. Great. I dint get any sleep last night. I kept thinking about her. I got ready and texted everybody in the group message. We decided to meet up at the breakfast place down the street from the hotel. As I walked out Megan and Matt did to. So did landon. I can't lie. She looked amazing as usual. She was talking to Megan so I walked to Matt.

"This is awkward." I whispered.

He smiled. "We can make it more awkward." He laughed.

I thought he was joking but no. He took Megan's hand and they ran off and being the lazy person I am I was not going to chase them. I looked over at Landon. She was already looking at me. I smiled at her. She smiled back.

"I read your note." She said quietly.

"Oh" I said simply.

"You're wrong" she said.

"I don't love shawn. I love you Taylor." She said.

"I love you." I said.

She ran over and hugged me. "I've missed you so much" I said into her hair.

*beep* a car blew the horn at me snapping me out of my thoughts. I looked over at Landon and she looked at me. She then simply walked into the restaurant and kissed shawn on the cheek. Pretty sure my heart just broke into a million pieces and this time I can't be fixed.

(If that confused you he daydreamed that she said that while they were waking but she didn't. Shat actually happened was they walked and she just looked at him and them walked to shawn)
