Chapter 11- Just a Dream

*Y/n's P.O.V.*

Garroth looked at me and smiled. Then all of a sudden someone was shaking me. I shook my head and then my eyes opened. I was in the apprentices den. What? I looked around me to see Aphmau smiling at me.

"Morning sis!" Aph smiles.

"D-Did we really move to Riverclan?" I ask. Aph's eyes grew wide.

"What! No! You must've been dreaming!" Aph exclaimed. So Garroth and I...... that was just a dream? We were never dating? But why was there pain?

"O-oh....." I frown. Aph stands up and puts her hand out. I take it and she pulls me up.

"Winterstar wants to see us, that's why I woke you up." Aph says. I nod and I follow her out of the apprentices cave. The kits were outside chasing each other. Ash and Skylar were practicing fighting moves while their mentors watched. Warriors were watching Ash and Skylar. Once we got to Winterstar's den, Aph and I wait outside.

"Come in girls." Winterstar says sweetly. We walk in. Winterstar thanked Aphmau for bringing me to her, and Aphmau leaves. I turn to Winterstar.

"Sit please." Winterstar ordered. I did and then spoke.

"Aphmau told me that you needed me." I exclaim.

"Yes, did you have a long dream with pain and love?" Winterstar asks. Wait... how did she know?

"Actually, I did. What does this mean?" I asked concerned.

"It will happen once in awhile. But just remember, it was just a dream. Anyways, I also asked you to come here because Blaze wants to take you hunting. Blaze wants to show you something as well." Winterstar answered. I nod.

"Thank you Winterstar." I replied and I walked out of her den. I looked over to where Skylar and Ash were practicing their fighting moves. So none of that happened?  I shook my head and I slowly walked over to Blaze. Before I could get to him, a kit runs up to me.

"H-Hi! My name is Nekoette! I was wondering, when you become a Warrior, can you apprentice me?" Nekoette asked with hope in her eyes. Nekoette....... she was part of the dream....

"It all depends on Winterstar, Nekoette, now lets get you back to your mommy." I reply and pick her up. I carry her over to her mom.

"Nekoette! Don't go off and bother other apprentices! I'm so sorry Y/n!" Her mother exclaimed.

"No, your fine!" I smile and then I head back over to Blaze. Blaze turns around to face me.

"Y/n! There you are! Now have you talked to Winterstar?" Blaze asks. I nod.

"Yep!" I say. Blaze starts walking to the camp entrance and flicks his tail, which basically was telling me to follow him. I ran after him and we left the camp. The forest breeze was nice. Blaze then started to walk in the direction of Riverclan. I know where each clan is... and I've never been to a Gathering... because that was just a dream... There was trees everywhere.

"Y/n, we are going to work on your climbing skills, ok?" Blaze exclaims. I nod and I jump onto a branch of a tree. I leap to another and another. I was getting closer to the top each second. I finally reached the top to see a squirrel. My mouth watered. My fangs popped out as I leaped at it silently. I bit my fangs into his body. The squirrel died in seconds. I picked it up with my mouth and I climbed down. I bury it in the ground and I cover it up so that I can come back later and get it.

"Nice catch." Blaze complimented. I smile as Blaze kept walking. I followed him and then we reached the river. Riverclan camp was on the other side of the river, which gave me shivers, because who knows what will pop out of those bushes.

"Stay quiet and keep walking down the river shore line." Blaze whispers. I obeyed him and I start walking. I saw the stepping stones, but I kept walking. Then I hear rustling in the bushes. I froze. So did Blaze, and then 3 people came out of the bushes. One looked like an apprentice and then two Warriors.

"Ashton stay back!" One of the Warriors growled. He looked like Laurence, and then the other looked like Garroth.

"But Laurence! Garroth! I- INTRUDERS!" Ashton yelled wide eyed, as he pointed at Blaze and I. Laurence and Garroth look at us.

"They aren't on our territory, don't worry." Laurence says calmly.

"Ashton, now try to catch a fish like we taught you." Garroth ordered. Ashton hopped on a stepping stone and went to his knees. He leans over, reaching for a fish, but then a fish jumped out of the water and knocked him over and into the river.

"ASHTON!" Laurence yelled. Ashton screamed as a terrified look on his face.

"HELP ME!!!" Ashton cried.

"CAN'T HE SWIM!?!?" Garroth yells.

"NO!" Laurence exclaimed. I look at Ashton as the current of the water carries him down the river. Ashton looks at me and mouths 'Help'. I don't know how to swim, but I jumped in.

"Y/N NO!" Blaze yells. I grab Ashton and I try to keep myself above water. I was able to grab the branch on Riverclan border and I pull us out of water. Ashton lays there coughing. Blaze jumps on the stepping stones over to Riverclan border and runs to me, followed by Garroth and Laurence. I sit Ashton up as he coughs out water.

"ASHTON! Thank Irene your ok!" Laurence sighs in relief. Blaze stands up and signals with his tail that we had to go. I stand up as well.

"We best get going." Blaze mutters. Laurence looks at me.

"Thank you, you must be an apprentice of Thunderclan." Laurence exclaimed. I nod and then Blaze grabs my arm. We jump on the stepping stones and we run back to Thunderclan camp.

"That was nice of you, but keep in mind, that was Riverclan." Blaze mentioned.

"I know, but he could've drowned, and I hate seeing others drown." I admit. Blaze nods as I pick up the mouse that I caught earlier and we walk back into camp. I drop the fresh kill in the fresh kill pile and I sit down on the ground with my back against the high rock. Then Cinderpelt comes out of the nursery. Once she see's me, she walks over.

"Hey Y/n, I was wondering, would you like to help me in the nursery?" Cinderpelt asks.

"Sure, I did just get back from hunting, so I don't really have any other orders from Winterstar." I exclaim and stand up. Cinderpelt smiles and we walk into the nursery.

*Garroth's P.O.V.*

Ashton, Laurence and I walk back to Riverclan camp.

"What will we tell Katestar since we've gone for so long?" Laurence asks.

"Who knows...." Ashton sighs. Laurence looks at me.

"I wonder who that girl was, she looked around our age, all I know is that she's younger." Laurence exclaims.

"Blaze must be her mentor." I reply. Ashton nods.

"She did save me!" Ashton smiles. Laurence rolls his eyes.

"Come on-" Laurence was interrupted.

"We are here!" Ashton interrupted. We walk into Riverclan camp. Zane walks over to me.

"Where have you three been?" Zane says in a nasty voice.

"Zane calm down!" Jessica exclaims. (Jessica Scott is Lonely_Turle87 OC!)

"Ugh, fine!" Zane groans. I roll my eyes.

"Hi Jessica!" Ashton waves and smiles. Jessica looked at him in awe. The sun was going down, so I headed to the Warriors den. I rested in the nest and I slowly close my eyes. I wonder who that girl was...
