We dried off and sat down on the bed. I crawled over to Jackson. 

"What?" He smiled. 

I moved between his legs and laid my head on his thigh. He smiled and began to play with my hair. He played with my hair until I fell asleep. 

I woke up alone in the bed. 

Where did he go? 

I walked down into the living room then heard what sounded like weights hit the ground. I looked up to see him in the weight room. He looked down at me through the window. I smiled and walked up the steps. He walked out meeting me half way. 

"I woke up and you were gone." I pouted. 

"I couldn't sleep." He sighed. 

"Why?" I looked at him, concerned. 

"It's nothing." He ran his hand through his hair. "Go back to sleep." 

"Now how can I sleep when you can't?" I placed my hands on my hip. 

"Okay." Jackson nodded his head. "Come work out with me." 

"It's in...ahh." I wasn't able to finish what I was saying. 

He picked me up and carried me into the weight room. 

"To be honest, you're gaining a little bit of weight." He said. 

My eyes widened at his words. He placed me down on my feet. I looked down at my stomach. 

I'm gaining weight because I'm pregnant, you fool. I wanted to say. 

"What the look?" He asked. 

Do I tell him? 

I found out I was pregnant last month when my period didn't show up. I took a pregnancy test only for it to come out positive. 

"Ariel?" He looked at me. "I'm sorry." 

"No..." I looked up at him. "It's fine, but no matter how much I work out. I would still gain the weight." 

He gave me a confused look. 

"What are you saying..." He looked down at my stomach. 

"I have trouble losing weight." I laughed it off. 

I went to walk away but he grabbed my arm. 

"Tell me." He sighed. "Is there something wrong? Do you have a health problem?" 

No, I'm pregnant. I wanted the words to come out but they didn't, they couldn't. 

"Ariel." Jackson looked at me with such sad eyes. 

"How do I tell you?" I pressed my lips together. "Jackson...I'm pregnant."
