"I am Happy,
I am Loved."
These are the things I must repeat to myself.
Over and over.
"I am Happy,
I am Loved."
The moments that I repeat these words are my worst.
These are the moments that I'm at my most vulnerable, where I feel like one bad word said could push me over the edge.
"I am Happy,
I am Loved."
I say these words because they are true,
On my good days.
I am Happy.
I have that childlike innocence where sometimes I'm Happy for no reason at all.
I am Loved.
I have people who love me, who would be upset if they heard the awful things that float around in my head. Some of these people would die for me.
But in my weakest moments I forget all this.
The Happiness seems like it will never return again. Like someone has reached inside me amd taken it away forever.
The faces of the people who love me morph into cruel wickedness. They do not look like the people who love me.
"I am Happy,
I am Loved."
Repeat.
Repeat.
Repeat.
Don't forget.
Don't forget.
Don't forget.
"I am Happy,
I am Loved."
