Aphmau's POV

As Aphmau hides behind the lamp and immediately freezes when Sans gave up her hiding spot. 'I thought he was trying to help me..', she thought as she listens for any crunching footsteps, but the sound of a loud voice kept her from knowing. "..et me..si..e..u", Aphmau flinched at the third, sinnister voice.

Aphmau's eyes scanned the scene in front of her, afraid if she peeked behind the lamp, she'll find what she was looking for, but all she saw and felt was the bone chilling snow and the dark trees.

Her mind ran with possibilities as she stared at the dark woods. "h..hello?", she whispered as she kept her eyes on the woods, seemingly heard nothing but the wind. Not even the conversation she had been listening to.

A cold touch planted onto her arm, making her let out a small scream of surprise. "Chill, kiddo. You've been giving me the COLD shoulder for a while.", The skeleton joked.  Aphmau just stared at him with a cold, fearful stared. "Eh? Get it?", Sans tried a smile. Aphmau looked away and threw the confused skeleton's boney hand off her and walked away. Feeling the eyes of something evil watching her every move.

Sans just watched her, "Are you okay, kiddo?", concern laced his voice. Aphmau ignored his comment, not knowing if she can even trust him because of his joking attitude. She just stared at the dark woods. Looking for at least a figure. Just dark trees and dim red..eyes. Aphmau froze again, staring at them as they stared right back at her.

Sans, unknown of the stalker, asked, "I know you probably not up for it, but, my brother hasn't ever seen a human for a while. It will really brighten his day if he saw you!". Aphmau turned to him, her eyes locked with his pupils, filled with raw determination. "I'll be taking the woods, i'm sure your brother can handle another day, or maybe even a week to see a human anytime soon. Goodbye."

With that, Aphmau turned and walked into the dark woods, the only sound of her shoes crunching the snow. Leaving the shocked skeleton in a cold silence.
