"MABUHAY!"
He saw a lot of people in the airport. He took his cap and glasses and asked his guard to cover him.
His parents knew that he was going to the Philippines to fetch his bride. But what they didn't know is that he's going to convince the girl to be his bride.
He sighed. Mukhang magiging mahirap ito.
"Dominic, do you have the papers?" He asked Dominic. Dominic nodded. Nacontact niya ang network na pinagtatrabahuhan ng Tita ng babae kaya nalaman niya ang address nito. He took Dominic with him. He's the only Filipino he knew.
He and his guards tried to look for the person his mother hired to fetch them. Luckily, he was in front of the airport.
"Sir, where will we go first?"
"The hotel, please."
Pagkatapos nilang ilagay ang lahat ng gamit nila sa hotel, dumiretso na sila sa bahay ng babaeng iyon. They had trouble with directions, so Dominic decided to drive for them.
Nang mapuntahan nila ang bahay nila Jane, hindi niya mapigilan na kabahan.
What if she turns him down? Mapapahiya siya sa Nymphia at maiilalagay niya pa ang pamilya niya sa gulo.
If only he didn't enter this mess.
Wala na siyang magagawa. He already traveled millions of miles just to see her.
Dahan dahan siyang kumatok.
A girl opened the door for him. The moment she saw him, her jaw dropped open.
May multo ba sa likod niya? Agad siyang nangilabot. He tried to feel anything cold, but its as hot as an oven. Walang multo. Salamat naman.
Agad namang mapangiti ang babae.
"Yes, pogi?" She said while giving him a wide smile.
Pogi?
"Pogi? What is that?" He asked.
He tried to search for the girl inside, and luckily, he found her.
With her mouth open.
Ano bang meron sa kanila't laging nakabukas ang bibig nila?
"Hi, babe."
"Babe?"
"Anong sinasabi mo?"
"TAKEN KA NA?"
He heard different reponses. Mukhang pamilya niya ito. He might have put a bad reputation to his family by acting like that, but if he wanted her to marry him he should start the act by now.
Jane approached a woman in her 50's. She whispered something in her ear. The woman appeared shocked and began to bow in front of him.
"W-welcome to o-our humble abode, P-prince. Please, enter."
Seems like the girl already introduced him to them. Mukhang gulat pa ang ibang parte ng pamilya ng babae. He bowed to show respect. Not because its protocol, but its just plain respect for his future in-laws.
In-laws? Oo. Kung sakaling papayag ang babaeng hindi pa siya nakita't nalaman man lang ang buong pangalan niya sa buong buhay niya na pakasalan siya.
