My heart is in despair
My mind is sieged by anxiety
The one I called my friend left me alone
The silver I once had has left me brokeLike thumbless feet
Like cities without walls
Unbalanced to the core
I reach out to my only hopeCasting down my crown, I abandon my palace
These walls I built around me cannot protect me anymore
The things I held so dear; golden rings and purple robes
I trade off for love and give them to the poorSo You can be my Rock, my Strong Tower and my salvation
So I can finally sit at the feet of the King of every nation

Clay
PoetryA collection of poems flowing like a river from a heart made of clay, as it groans while being molded and when fired, screams in pain; yet rests in the knowledge that the Potter's handiwork will certainly be great.
