"This is the most stupid idea ever created" Alana grumbles standing beside Richie who chuckles as he takes the plate she offered.

"What? Never enjoyed a picnic before?" he teases making her narrow her eyes at him.

"You have got to be s..." she stops before turning around with a smile as Richie's mother calls her.

"Go" he laughs lightly and she takes a deep breath and makes her way towards her mother-in-law.

"Oh is it not so lovely Alana, I cannot even remember the last time we went for a picnic" her mother asks as she smiles at Alana who just hums.

"Alana used to love going out when she was younger, once she..."

"Mom" Alana stops her mother as she hands her the plate with food and stares at her meaningfully.

"She still loves going out" Richie speaks as he comes to stand behind Alana and squeezes her shoulder lightly and before he could pull his hand away she grabs hold of it and digs her nails in his hand.

"I would be bored to death staying inside the house all alone, while you are busy going out in parties" she states as she smiles too sweetly towards him.

"You have not taken her to any parties yet?" his mother questions feeling offended on her behalf.

"She refuses to play dress up for me, so have not been around to attend any parties with my wife, yet" he shrugs his shoulder and all eyes lands on Alana who quietly focuses on her food.

"You know, men will always have time for their work but we as their wife need to make sure we distract them from work...

It's our right" Richie's mother states as she holds Alana's hand who internally groans at the subject.

"Of course, after all he is just a man. I still distract your father out of his works now and then" her mother adds and Alana mentally dies not wanting to know about all the distractions.

"Yes, you should not feel odd or hesitate to be with my son after all you are his wife and if you want to be with him now and then he should give you all the attention" her mother-in-law speaks and Alana turns to glare at Richie who raises a brow looking at her wanting to know what he did wrong now?

"Excuse me" Alana smiles pulling her hands away from her mother-in-law as she stands and makes her way towards Richie who frowns before getting up as he watches her make her way towards him.

"Uh-oh, what did I do now?" he whispers as he wraps his arms around her waist.

"Get me the fuck out of here" she whisper shouts at his ear and he pulls her away from his parents.

"What did we talked about the word fuck?" he asks as they are away from the ear shot.

"Your and my mother just literally asked me to seduce you" she hisses as she digs her nails in his forearms walking away.

"Am I getting seduced then?" he asks hopefully and she scoffs.

"Sure I can give few scratches on your back if you want" she states and he nods his head vigorously making her burst out in laughter while their parents grin thinking they were getting along and them grandparents.
