Chapter 11

Aiden

I felt every muscle in my body twich as I got thrown on the hard ground of the training room.
I should fake dead. Of course that wouldn't work with Aaron.

"Come on, lady! You want me to fetch water for you?" He said in a mocking tone. He really was annoying.

Putting my hands above my head and jumping, I got up.

"God, Aaron, couldn't you just have told me the break was over?" I told him while touching my back and feeling every bone on the right place.

"Where would be the fun in that?" He said laughing. "Come on, let's go again."

And so we did. As we fought and punched tooth and nail, I was thinking maybe I should cut my hair, since every damn time it got plastered to my forehead with sweat.

"Aaron, tell me, when am I going to stop taking lessons?"

"Of course, when you start learning them." He said while I dodged some punches from him.

We started growing more tired as the day got darker. I hated and loved days like this. The calm of the clear sky, and the pain and adrenaline from the training. My muscles and brain weren't connected on days like this. Since my brain was on the outside, and my muscles fighting here.

After more hours of this, I was thrown to the ground one again and I felt my self grow tired.

"Aaron, can't we call it a day already?" I asked him while getting up and robbing my head. I was tired. Today was one day in which I put on all my energy. I guess I still had, but not physical.

"You're such a girl. But, since I have some meeting to attend, we can call it a day." Aaron said, but I could also notice he was was tired too.

I laughed and agreed. I gathered my stuff and when to shower and change.

The water was the perfect calming pill. When I finished, I changed quickly and got out of the building.
I was checking and I had one missed call. It was from Anne, my annoying sister. I could give her a call later, it was probably to go out.
While I checked my calls, I saw Blair's from a couple of days ago.

I felt a little guilty that I didn't exactly helped her out at the start of the project. But I really wanted to show her I wasn't going to slack on the project and let her do everything.

I also thought it wasn't fair she would have to do all the mechanical work.

So I decided to call her to see if I could help her with the protect.
