The boy grasped the kitchen knife while leaning at the sink. His right hand was trembling as he gradually traveled the knife towards his left hand's wrist.
"Life is beautiful. Don't you think you deserve a chance to see it?" Jisoo warmly said without missing her casual cheerful tone.
The tall figure's fingertips was stuck on the doorknob-that made him stop for a moment. But abruptly he twisted the knob, caging himself within the somber and lonely place.
He tried to shoo the girl's sentence off his thoughts. What annoys him the most was her always high-spirited being. But after he succeeded, another sentence came onto his mind.
"Go to this place if you need a part-time job. We own it. This is a happy place so come!" The girl handed her a small business card.
'Chu Resort'. He mentally read the place's name-he wasn't aware that his lips curved a little upon the peculiar name.
He dropped the knife, titling his head for a glance to his backpack, which was put onto the faded filthy couch. He heavily sighed in defeat.
The boy eyed the signboard with his exhausted eyes. He turned his back thinking to just find another source of living-he wanted to fly somewhere away from the thorns of his past.
He took several steps when he heard hasty steps towards his back-a figure was now blocking his way.
"You're accepted the moment you stepped here." The girl playfully raised her right eyebrow while displaying a grin.
He frowned, still having this blank expression. She was really an odd one in his eyes.
"Let's give you a home now!" The girl giggled, grabbing the wrist of the puzzled boy. She persistently dragged him towards to his so-called new home.
Taehyung never knew that he was already dragged in her life. Also, never he knew she had this ethereal beauty that guided his way back to the right path.
