| Sooyoung pov

"How was the first day of school?" my mother ask me as soon as I step into the house. "It was fine on the first day."

"I saw Jaebum and the rest of the guys in my school and Jaebum took the same course as me and Daniel." I continue. "I see. How are they?" she says as she help me prepare my lunch. "They are fine."

"So, how's Daniel?"

"He is fine but he always follow me wherever I go, even to the toilet." I said. "Can't you see they boy like you. He acts like that when he first met you." my mother smile.

I ate my lunch before ascending to my room. I look at my room after placing my bag beside my desk. My phone rang, indicating I have received a message. I took a look at it and it was from Daniel.

'Can I come over later so we can do our assignment together?' - Daniel

I ignore the text, thinking I can answer him later.

The first time I met him was at the party held by another company which the boss and my father are friends. He brought his son and introduce him to me. "This is Daniel."

"I am Sooyoung." I introduce myself.

"You guys can go and get to know each other," he said and walk away with my father. I turn and look at him. I saw he was smiling weirdly at me and I smile back him, awkwardly. "Do you want to get a drink?" he asks.

"Sure."

From that day onwards, he was my friend and he basically spends his day with me.

I ask him whether he had other friends but he always answers me that he rather spend his time with me than them. One day. he came to my house and ask me out. My parents said it was okay for me to hang out with him even though I have met him every single day.

"What do you need to ask?" I saw him acting nervous in front of me.

"You may get shocked after hearing what I am going to say. So, I hope you can be calm after this," he said. "I will not get shocked so spill it."

"I like you and I want you to be my girlfriend," he said.

I stare at him and he was waiting for me to mumble a word out. "You know I don't want to be in a relationship now," I said. He looks at me without changing his expression. "I will chase you till you say yes to me." he smiles.

"Come on, I will bring you home," he said and grab my hand.

When I think about it, I think I still can't forget him and my feelings for him still remain the same. I hope he has the same thoughts I have.

When my parents say they are returning back to Korea, he said that he wanted to follow us back and he can follow me to the same university. I told him he was crazy to do that and also crazy to leave his family behind and just follow me back to Korea.

"I believe it will worth my time to follow you back to Korea."

In the end, I feel asleep after doing my assignment. My mother told me Daniel came over and went back home after she told him I was asleep. "I will apologize to him later," I said and ate my breakfast before the doorbell rang.

"Good morning."

Daniel stood in front of me with a smile plaster on his face. "ready to go?" he asks.

"I will take my bag and we can go," I said and took my bag and follow him out. I apologize to him for yesterday and he told me it was alright. He also added that he was worried about me when I didn't reply him.

I spotted Jaebum and Youngjae, with Somin beside him, walking towards the gate. "Hi!" Youngjae and Somin wave at me and I wave back. "Good morning." Youngjae greeted and I greeted back.

"I forgot to introduce you this is Daniel, he is a friend of mine."

"Nice to meet you," he said before he holds my hand. "We will go back to class or else we will late." he continues and walks away from them. "Jaebum, go!" I heard Somin said and heard footsteps behind me.

I saw Jaebum behind me and I smile at him which he smiles back. "Where have you been for the past years?" he asks. "I went back to the USA since my father wants me to go back with him. I had home schoolings before we come back here." I answered.

"Oh, I see." He stares at my hand which was held by Daniel. I let go immediately and face Jaebum. "Shall we have lunch together like last time?" he asked before entering the lecture hall. I look at him, "Sure, like old times."

"After you." Jaebum let me walk in before he walks in.

"I will meet you later after your class," he said. "My class ends at two," I said. he nods and went to his seat. 

Daniel sat beside me quietly and took out his materials for class. "Why are you so quiet today?" I ask him after the professor come in. He looks at me as if I ask to know the answer to my own question.

"I don't like you talking to other boys and ignoring me as if I wasn't here at all." he pouts and looks away.

"Glad you can have lunch with us!" Jackson said as he makes place for me to sit. He purposely asks Jinyoung to move away so Jaebum is sitting on my right while Daniel is sitting on left.

"Can we go to the store where we used to hang out in high school?" Bambam, ask. "I will pay this time!" he said. His friends look at him with eyes widen. "What? It is a happy occasion since Sooyoung is back with us, like back in high school," he explains after he saw his friends giving him weird looks.

"Join us." Somin looks at Daniel who kept quiet the whole time.

"If Sooyoung is going, then I am going as well," he answered.

"Okay I will meet you outside, I need to get something from my locker," Jaebum said and left. I saw his figure slowly disappear. "Stop staring." Mark tease.

"I am not." I blush. "Yes, you are."

"Stop it, Mark."

"Okay." he laughs before talking to Yugyeom. I felt bad for Mark. I heard from Mark that he gave up on his feelings for me for Jaebum. In the end, I left without telling him again.

I wish how much I can tell him I love him but someone just couldn't allow me to as I look at the person is sitting on my left.

he just smiles at me before returning his focus back to his phone.

Jaebum smile as he makes his way out to meet his friends after putting his books in the locker. He was happy as he thought Sooyoung is joining them. He bumps into someone. "I am so sorry," he said as he helps the person he bumped into to pick up the books she dropped. "It is okay. I was in a hurry so I didn't look where I was going." a female voice was heard.

He looks at the girl and returns her books to her, "I am so sorry."

"It's okay, it is my fault as well." she smiles.

Jaebum returns the smile. "Jaebum-a, Faster!" someone called him and he realized it was Sooyoung who called him since neither the boys nor Somin wants to call out for him. He smiles again and shouted he's coming.

The girl behind him heard his name, "so his name is Jaebum, he is good looking." and walk away.
