I heard a familiar voice, "what are you doing here, Daniel?"

He was looking into my eye, "where have you been? I have been calling you for umpteen times." He said. "My phone died on me, I am so sorry. What are you doing here, it's already 11 pm." I said.

"I was worried about you. I was worried that something might happen to you." He said as he carried a worried expression.

"I am fine. You can go now." I said. "I will see you in school tomorrow."

He sighs and stood in front of me, "I was worried about you, Sooyoung. I don't want anything to happen to you and I was afraid that dude will harm you." He said.

"Jaebum will not harm me, he cares for me and I had known him for my entire life," I said. "Now, go home. You need to rest." I tried to push him to the door.

"Okay, I will see you tomorrow." He said and left. I went to my room and immediately went to take a bath. It was one of the best days I had ever since I come back here.

After taking a cooling bath, my phone rang which indicate I have a text message.

Jaebum: I had fun today, thank you for coming on a date with me :)

Sooyoung: I should thank you but I had fun today. :)
Sooyoung: have you reach home safely?

Jaebum: yeah. I will see you tomorrow
Jaebum: night

Sooyoung: night

I put my phone down and went to sleep since I had a long day today.

I really hope one day, one day I could be with Jaebum.

Daniel came to my house, early as usual. "Did you have breakfast?" I ask him. He looks at me, "yeah. Even if I don't have breakfast, looking at you makes me full." He said.

I hit his shoulder, "stop joking with me." I said and he laughs.

The students were rushing into the university as if some huge event is going on. "What's going on?" I ask.

"I don't know. It seems like there is a guy event going on. Let's go and check it out." He said.

But soon, Daniel wished he didn't say he wants to check it out.

The cafeteria was filled with balloons and a big signboard can be seen from far. Sooyoung's mouth was open wide.

'Would you be my girlfriend, Park Sooyoung?'

"What is he doing?" Sooyoung said but a smile creeps up. "What is the hell is he doing?" Daniel said, his jaw was clenched. Jinyoung makes his way to Sooyoung and asks for her permission to take her hand.

Sooyoung took Jinyoung's hand and follow him, still shock and figuring what is Jaebum doing.

Jaebum'a smile gets wider and wider as Sooyoung was moving closer and closer to him.

Finally, Jaebum and Sooyoung were facing each other. "I told you I want to make our relationship special." He mumbles. Sooyoung's smile grew bigger. "I didn't expect it will happen so fast."

"The boys and I planned this weeks ago, the moment I saw you in my class." He said. "I'll tell you what the boys plans. I think mine was the best." Jaebum smirk.

"It's not true!" Youngjae shouted. "We have better ideas than him. Don't listen to his nonsense." Yugyeom protest and the rest agree. Sooyoung just laughs, "I don't know anything."

"Sooyoung," Jaebum took her hand, becoming serious again. "I want you to be my girlfriend. We have been losing each other twice and I won't make it happen again. So Park Sooyoung, would you be my girlfriend and I promise you I will protect you with my life." Jaebum said.

Daniel just stood there with his mouth open, not moving a single inch. He just watches Sooyoung smiling at Jaebum while he had a small speech.

His whole world crashed as he saw Sooyoung say yes to his proposal. Daniel saw Jaebum hugging Sooyoung with a big smile on their face.

He wasn't moving at all.

Not only he was shocked by this, Luna too. Luna stood there, books dropped on the floor. Students were looking at her weirdly.

"No, did he just confess to her and she agreed to it?" Luna think, "I ain't dreaming, right?"

Both Luna's and Daniel's world just crash while Sooyoung's and Jaebum's world were just starting.

"Daniel?" Sooyoung waves her hand at his face. He looks at her, "what?"

"You are staring into space." She said. "What is going on?" He said as he took a look at his surrounding. "Jaebum confessed to me and we are dating now," she said and blush.

His eyes squint at her, "Are you sure? Then what about me?" he asks, tone gradually increasing. "Daniel, I told you before. I treat you as a brother, a younger brother to me and also, I like Jaebum since the start."

Daniel looked at her then glare at Jaebum, "How could you take Sooyoung from me? I was there for her and you? You aren't beside her." he said.

"For your information, I was beside her since the start and we knew each other since we are young," he said. "So, I advise you not to snatch her away from me." Jaebum glare at him.

Daniel looks at her, "but I told her I like her first. Right, Sooyoung?" he asks.

"I am sorry. I should have made myself clear that I have someone else in my mind, but we still can be friends, best friends," she said.

Daniel looks at her and shook his head. In the end, he left the cafeteria without a word. Sooyoung looks at his fading figure. "I feel bad."

"It's okay. As long as we are together, we can overcome anything." Jaebum said and put his hand on her shoulder.

Another person also left the cafeteria, with anger and Jinyoung was about to go to the cafeteria to meet his friends and say, 'What's wrong with her?'
