Grayson's POV

I watch her run in terror, how am I supposed to be with her when she doesn't want to become a wolf? I smelt fear the whole way through our little meeting.

I was prepared to run away with her, leave my pack behind, be with her. As soon as I had her heart. Because she is human, she doesn't fall for me like I did. I grab a fistful of my hair in frustration.

I love her but she doesn't love me.

I scream into the air as I start running after her. Why does my mate have to be hard to get? What's so special about us?

I run to the street and look around to not find her anywhere. Then I sniff the air and smell her sweet scent. I follow it though the masses of people like my lifeline. I find her on a platform in central train station, sobbing and attracting a few curious humans. I walk over to her and crouch down, looking at her beautiful face.

"Ali." I say, then I bite my lip because of my slip up. She didn't say anything but looked up and it's like I fell in love all over again. I look into her eyes and wipe her tears from them.

"I'm sorry but I have to go." She said and picked herself up and got into one of the trains, still sobbing.

Does she not love me?

That's can't be. They said that.....

"Arghh!" I couldn't control myself anymore and I had to get out of there before anyone sees me, especially the hunters.

I breathed deeply as I climbed up the stairs into the street, which was now filled with people making their way to their open destination.

By now I felt a pang of sorrow to leave my mate and, possibly, to know that she doesn't love me.

Tears start rolling down my face and onto my tank top as I lowered my eyes to the floor and made my way through the crowd into the parking lot.

I couldn't control it anymore and I punched the concrete repeatedly until my knuckles were broken.

Devastated, I step into my car and start the engine, feeling it purr underneath me. I step on the gas and race out of the city to her home.

Okay I might've followed her home, but I just wanted to know where she lived and then I can always find her and be with her sometimes and I know it's creepy but

I don't care.

I roll down the windows and let the freash air come in, then I smell her.

Ali

I almost swerve out of the freeway and into the greenery around me. I was heading to the Pack to consult my brothers and sisters. I need to be with her.

Now I want to follow her scent to where ever she is. I turn the car into a gravel road, the breeze sweeping through my hair.

She's close, I feel it. The scenery turns from grassland to trees, getting more and more dense as I move down the road. Then I see it.

I pull up and shutoff my engine rolling up the windows, until it is only a crack open. I rest my head on my hands as I scan for Ali.

The area is filled up with town houses, with a big type of hall in the middle of them. This might be a place where they meet up, you know for some sort of club.

I wonder what club she is apart of.

I decide to investigate and I get out of my car, making sure I shut the door as quietly to not attract any attention.

I change into my wolf and tread into the forrest surrounding the area, keeping my self as hidden as possible.

Then I see her.

My heart beat rises in my chest and I feel my breathing quicken. Her hair is out and she has changed her clothes into some sweatpants and a tank top.

"Woah." I say under my breath. I move closer through the bush moving closer and closer, heat climbing around my body. Another person about my height comes around her, holding her waist. I feel jealousy boil in me and I growl. Then I realise who it is.
