I'll Walk You Home

"I'll pay."

"Dan..." Phil growled. I snickered.

"You're broke anyway."

After paying, we walked to the front and realized it was raining. Not just a sprinkle. The streets were flooding

"Umm... should we just... wait it out?" Phil said as he looked at me. I shook my head.

"You live down the block. I'll walk you home." I said as I took off my jacket. I held it above us and we walked out into the rain. We ran, laughing our asses off. There were squeaks from Phil, joking screams from myself. Soon we found ourselfs at his apartment building.

"Alright hun. I'll text you when I get home." I kissed his cheek. He took my hand

"No. I'm not letting you walk 3 blocks in pouring rain. You're with me today, love."

I groaned jokingly and let him drag me inside.

After hours of playing video games, he said to me.

"Y'know, I wouldn't mind buying an apartment together. I think it'd be fun."

I looked at him.

"That could be arranged."
