"It took ten hours, but I got them." Gavin said the next week after school. "You're welcome."

"Oh, you are the greatest, Gavin!" Both Rachel and Maddie jumped on him.

"Okay, okay, let me go, please. I still have to give them to you."

"Wait, you have them now?" Maddie asked, surprised.

"Yeah. They got here yesterday."

"And you didn't tell me!" Rachel smacked her brother upside his head. "You are a jerk."

"Becasue I wanted to tell you all at once, since I knew you'd try to play it cool if you already knew."

He face turned a bright cherry red as she crossed her arms and pouted. "Would not."

We all laughed, even Ashton. "Yes you would've Rachel. You did the same thing with the Justin Beiber tickets."

"Yeah, but that was the worst concert I had ever been to. What did I even see in that kid?"

"We're the same age as him! He's no more a kid than you are."

"...shut up." SHe said quietly.

"Well, when's the show?"

"Tonight. They hand out the tickets the day before so that there is no chance of someone stealing them."

"But someone could still steal them if they broke in that same night and got the tickets."

"But how would they get away with it?"

"That's true." Maddie pouted along with Rachel.

"Oh, don't do that! It makes you look bad." Blake said with a frown. "Women should smile."

"And here he goes." I sighed. "Blake, please keep your girl-loving, womanizing self hidden, please? We had a hard enough time keeping you under control last time."

"But that's how I am. Do you not like me as I am now?"

"Only when you are not flirting with every girl in the room."

"Hey, I may flirt with them, but it's nothing serious. My feelings for them, random strangers, hold nothing to the bright fire of love that I have for you, my precious princess." He took my hand and kissed the back of it.

I pulled my hand away, disgust crossing my face. "Please don't, it's disgusting."

"Oh, please don't say such things! It hurts this poor soul's heart." He hugged himself with a look of downcast on his face.

I rolled my eyes. "Come on Maddie, Rachel. Let's go. I'm sure there's a line outside of the park by now."

"What about us?" Gavin asked.

"Get Blake back to normal and then come meet us." Rachel grabbed the tickets out of her brother's hand. "And I shall hold onto these." We ran off before he could protest.

                            ..........

"We finally...found you... Do you realize...how hard it is...to find you three...?" Gavin and Blake ran up to us as we neared the front of the line.

"That took longer than expected. You owe me twenty bucks Maddie."

"Aw man~. I was hoping I would gain another twenty. Why did you chose today of all days to take longer?" Maddie whined as she dug through her purse.

"Like I said, you are impossible to find. I didn't expect there to be mainly girls here. Why are these Wind Riders so popular?"

"Because they are so cute!" Maddie swooned. "There are the twins Nathaniel and Thomas, the youngest Rider Daniel, the magnificent leader Marcus, and the rookie Brandon."

"There's only five Riders? Must be pretty short." Gavin asked with a scoff.

"No, those are just the praiseworthy ones."

"Wasn't there once a girl that was oh so praiseworthy?" Blake asked with a sparkle in his eyes.

"Yeah, but she quit. Good thing too; she was hogging them all to herself." Maddie stated.

"That's rude Maddie." Rachel sowled her as she put her arm around my shoulders. "Don't listen to her, alright?" She whispered.

I just nodded as I pushed the tears back that were threatening to fall.

"What's wrong Misty?" Ashton asked, his eyes scanning my face.

"Nothing. I'm fine." I rubbed my eyes as Rachel drew away to hand the man in front of the entrance our tickets.

"Sit anywhere in the second section." He said as we walked inside.

"Got it." Rachel lead the way toward the front.

Ashton pulled me toward the back of our little line. "Mystic, are you sure? That you're fine? You look ready to burst into tears."

"I said I'm fine Ashton. Don't worry about it." I ran into Gavin. "Ow. Why'd you stop?"

"Someone is complaining that we are taking their seats."

"Where their stuff there?"

"Don't think so."

"Let me through."

"Alright."

I pushed my way through to Rachel and a tall man with a reducing hairline. "Excuse me, but why are you holding up the line?"

"Because this disrespectful girl is trying to take me and my family's seats. We paid good money for these seats and we won't give them up." The man complained.

"Excuse me sir, but how much did you pay for your tickets?" I asked before Rachel could say anything.

"Almost two thousand dollars."

"Gavin, how much did you spend?"

"You mean how much did my parents spend? About four or five thousand. Why?"

"Just asking." I looked at the man. "As you can see, my friend spent about twice as much as you. Now, if you don't mind, we'd like to sit down."

The man growled but moved aside to let us get through. "I am sorry for causing so much trouble." He said with restraint

"You should be." Blake snarled as he moved past him.

"Good bye and enjoy the show. From the back, that is." Maddie giggled as she followed after Blake.

The man growled again, but walked away.

"That was nice, Misty." Rachel smiled. "How'd you know that it would work?"

"I didn't." We laughed as the lights dimmed.

"Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls," the spokesperson announced. "It is time for the show to begin!"
